Kroměříž (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkromɲɛr̝iːʃ]; German: Kremsier, Polish: Kromieryż) is a Moravian town in the Zlin Region of the Czech Republic. The town's main landmark is the Baroque Kroměříž Bishop's Palace, where some scenes from Amadeus and Immortal Beloved were filmed. The Palace and the Flower Garden in Kroměříž were added to the list of World Heritage Sites in 1998.
The city's National Museum is home to The Flaying of Marsyas, a late painting by Titian.
The town, inhabited by slavs from the 7th century, was founded in 1260 by Bruno von Schauenburg, bishop of Olomouc. Bruno chose Kroměříž to become his see and he also made his castle the centre of his dominion which consisted of more than 60 vassals from the whole of Moravia. Kroměříž is referred to as a market village in a document by Přemysl Otakar II from 1256, but in 1266 it is already called a town. Bruno also established what was to become the famous Archbishop's Palace. The town was badly damaged in the Thirty Years' War, was plundered twice by Swedish troops (1643 and 1645), after this the Black Death came. Bishop Karl II von Liechtenstein-Kastelkorn rebuilt the city and the palace after the war. The Constitutive Imperial Congress sat in Kroměříž in 1848.

Cambodia is divided into 24 provinces (Khmer: ខេត្ត, khaet) (as of January 2014 New Province of Tboung Khmum split off from Kampong Cham Province) and the special administrative unit Phnom Penh (Khmer: ភ្នំពេញ, Phnom Penh). Though a different administrative unit, Phnom Penh is at province level, so de facto Cambodia has 25 provinces and municipality.
Each of Cambodia's 24 provinces is divided into Districts (Khmer: ស្រុក, Srok)- as of 2010 there are 159 districts and 12 districts in Phnom Penh (Khmer: ខណ្ឌ, Khan). Each of the provinces has one capital district (changed to "City/Town", Khmer: ក្រុង, Krong), e.g. for Siem Reap it's Srok Siem Reap. The exceptions are Banteay Meanchey, Kandal, Mondulkiri, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear Province and Rattanakiri, where the province and the capital district does not match together.
District (ស្រុក, srok) of a province is divided into "Communes" (Khmer: ឃុំ, Khum). "Commune" (Khmer: ឃុំ, Khum) is further divided into "Villages" (Khmer: ភូមិ, Phum).
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) refers to physical and emotional symptoms that occur in the one to two weeks before a woman's period. Symptoms often vary between women and resolve around the start of bleeding. Common symptoms include acne, tender breasts, bloating, feeling tired, irritability, and mood changes. Often symptoms are present for around six days. A woman's pattern of symptoms may change over time. Symptoms do not occur during pregnancy or following menopause.
Diagnosis requires a consistent pattern of emotional and physical symptoms occurring after ovulation and before menstruation to a degree that interferes with normal life. Emotional symptoms must not be present during the initial part of the menstrual cycle. A daily list of symptoms over a few months may help in diagnosis. Other disorders that cause similar symptoms need to be excluded before a diagnosis is made.
The cause of PMS is unknown. Some symptoms may be worsened by a high-salt diet, alcohol, or caffeine. The underlying mechanism is believed to involve changes in hormone levels. Reducing salt, caffeine, and stress along with increasing exercise is typically all that is recommended in those with mild symptoms.Calcium and vitamin D supplementation may be useful in some. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as naproxen may help with physical symptoms. In those with more significant symptoms birth control pills or the diuretic spironolactone may be useful.

PMS1 protein homolog 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PMS1 gene.
The protein encoded by this gene was identified by its homology to a yeast protein involved in DNA mismatch repair. A role for this protein in mismatch repair has not been proven. However, the protein forms heterodimers with MLH1, a DNA mismatch repair protein, and some cases of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer have been found to have mutations in this gene.
