The Pleistos (Greek: Πλειστος) is a Greek river that starts at Mount Parnassos and flows south to the Corinthian Gulf near Kirra. Its neighbors include Kephisos to the north and Euenos to the west. Solon of Athens is said to have used hellebore roots to poison the water in an aqueduct leading from the River Pleistos around 590 BC during the siege of Kirra.[1]

Outside The Rain Falls

by: Blue Seeds

Outside the rain falls
Outside the wind blows
This stormy weather
Got me down again
I can’t find my way home
Had too much to drink
This feeling inside
Got me down again
But there’s a star above
And it shines down on me
Oh, there’s a star above
And it shines on me
All over town
City lights are blinking
My head is spinning
‘round and ‘round again
But there’s a star above
And it shines down on me
Oh, there’s a star above
And it shines on me
Outside the rain falls
Outside the wind blows
