Sounds of the Universe is the twelfth studio album by English electronic music band Depeche Mode, released on 17 April 2009 by Mute Records. It was supported by the 2009–10 concert tour Tour of the Universe. Three singles were released from the album; "Wrong", "Peace", and a double A-side of "Fragile Tension" and "Hole to Feed". "Perfect" was also released in the US as a promotional single.
As with the previous album, Playing the Angel, Dave Gahan has once again written three songs with Christian Eigner and Andrew Phillpott: "Hole to Feed", "Come Back" and "Miles Away/The Truth Is". "Spacewalker" and the bonus track "Esque" are instrumentals. Martin Gore shares lead singing duties with Gahan on "In Chains", "Peace" and "Little Soul", he sings the lead of "Jezebel" and the B-side "The Sun and the Moon and the Stars" on the second disc of the deluxe box set. The B-side "Oh Well" is the first track ever to be co-written by Gore and Gahan. The final track "Corrupt" is followed by a short hidden instrumental version of the song "Wrong".
Revival is the second solo studio album by American singer Selena Gomez. It was released on October 9, 2015, by Interscope and Polydor Records. Gomez began planning the project in 2014, at which time she left her previous label Hollywood Records and subsequently joined Interscope and Polydor, and continued work into 2015. As executive producers, Gomez, Danny D, and Tim Blacksmith collaborated with producers including Hit-Boy, Rock Mafia, and Stargate to achieve her desired new sound. Their efforts resulted in a primarily pop record, with elements of dance-pop, electropop, and R&B connected by a tropical beach sound and lyrics that discuss love and confidence.
The record was inspired by the work of a range of artists, especially Christina Aguilera's sophomore studio album Stripped (2002), and Gomez's trip to Mexico, where she defined the album's sound. Working with a handful of songwriters, Gomez co-wrote eleven out of the sixteen tracks that made the album's tracklists. The album reflects her journey since 2013, including the media scrutiny on her personal life, of which her highly public relationships and personal issues.

Midtown, also called Central, is a neighborhood in central Gary, Indiana. For many decades it was the only African American neighborhood in the city. It is located south of Downtown West and north of Glen Park along Broadway, Gary's principal thoroughfare. It adjoins the neighborhoods of Tolleston to the west and Pulaski to the east. As of 2000, Midtown had a population of 12,056.
The Midtown neighborhood began as a community of poor white ethnic millworkers, who were excluded from the more upscale neighborhoods close to the Gary Works. Significant African American immigration began after World War I; the neighborhood remained integrated for a time, but gradually the whites moved out as housing became available elsewhere, while the blacks were kept in Midtown by segregationist city ordinances. The neighborhood's white population dropped from 25% in 1940 to 4% in 1950. In the 1950 census, Midtown accounted for 97% of Gary's black population. Prior to desegregation, Midtown was a largely self-contained African-American community: because blacks were largely excluded from Downtown Gary, most retail activity was kept within the neighborhood.
Midtown is an American pop punk band from New Brunswick, New Jersey. Midtown was formed in November 1998 by three Rutgers University students, but soon became a quartet. The group released three full-length studio albums and three extended plays before disbanding in 2005. Vocalist/bassist Gabe Saporta later went on to form synthpop band Cobra Starship, while guitarist Heath Saraceno later joined Senses Fail. In early 2014, Midtown reunited to play three shows, the first as a secret show at The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, and the two remaining at the Skate And Surf Festival.
Midtown was formed in 1998 by Rutgers University students Gabe Saporta (vocals/bass), Rob Hitt (drums), Tyler Rann (guitar/vocals). The group added Heath Saraceno on guitar/vocals, and used its roots in the New Jersey punk scene to develop a sound that combined elements of pop punk and punk rock. Midtown began recording shortly after its formation. The band's first EP, The Sacrifice of Life, was released by Pinball Records in 1999, followed by a debut album, Save the World, Lose the Girl, released in early 2000 by the Drive-Thru Records label. The band was then upstreamed to MCA for its following album, Living Well Is the Best Revenge (2002).
1010 Midtown is a 35-story, 124 m (407 ft) skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia with 425 condominiums atop 38,000 sq ft (3,500 m2) of retail and dining space. The structure is part of the 12th & Midtown development, situated on approximately 2 acres (0.81 ha) on the block between 11th and 12th streets in Midtown Atlanta, the front of which follows the curve of Peachtree Street. The 1010 Midtown building also features a park-in-the-sky, which will be one of the largest environmentally green rooftops in the city.
Daniel Corporation, Selig Enterprises, the Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund (CJUF) and MetLife combined forces to make 1010 Midtown, a key piece in the Midtown Mile, a reality. The building was designed by the architecture firm Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio and built by Brasfield & Gorrie. Construction of this first phase of the 12th & Midtown development began in August 2006 and was completed in early 2009.
At the base of 1010 Midtown sits several new restaurants and bars, including Ra Sushi, Ribalta, and Ri Ra Irish Pub. It also houses a Bank of America branch and additional retail space fronting Peachtree Street, including a CB2 store that opened in August 2010.
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
I came here today with a purpose
Should I try or just let it go?
'cause these things I'd like to ask you
Are things I can't explain
Or should I keep your plans outside the porch last Saturday?
Should I have succumbed to your courtesy?
I could see you were trying to get my attention
But I pushed it away
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
But tonight it seemed suddenly perfect
Still no promises made
The balance of power has shifted
Were you trying to let me in?
Or was I trying so hard
That all of my confidence was lost tonight?
Confused and regretful, I cracked
Swallowed it back, and left with no spine intact
Should I have succumbed to your courtesy?
I could see you were trying to get my attention
But I pushed it away
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
This time I think it could be
Maybe we were meant
To see what's right
She held a sort of it
Just a taste of life
To see what's right
To make sense out of it
What a shame that we're slipping away now (away now)
Going away now
To see what's out there
'cause you're all that's here for me
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
This time I think it could be perfect
You're all that's here for me
This time I think it could be perfect
But you're pushing away
This time I think it could be perfect
