  • Pelswick Eggert (voiced by Robert Tinkler) - A 13 year old boy with a large nose who is in a wheelchair. How he became a paraplegic is not revealed, although he has a guardian angel. He dislikes people regarding him differently because of his disability.
  • Ace Nakamura (voiced by Phil Guerrero) - Pelswick's friend. Ace is technologically smarter than any of his friends, often leading him to be the thinker of the situation.
  • Goon Gunderson (voiced by Peter Oldring) - Pelswick's friend. Huge and notably slow-witted in his actions and thoughts, Goon is generally good-hearted but rather dangerous when angry.
  • Julie Smockford (voiced by Julie Lemieux) - The girl on whom Pelswick has a crush, although she only views him as a friend.
  • Sandra Scoddle (voiced by Kim Kuhteubl) - Julie's best friend and often rival.
  • Mr. Jimmy (voiced by David Arquette) - Pelswick's guardian angel who often gives him advice that confuses him until the last moment, no matter what it is.
  • Kate (voiced by Tracey Moore) - Pelswick's 7 year old little sister who tries to act beyond her age.
  • Bobby - Pelswick's and Kate's baby brother.
  • Quentin (voiced by Tony Rosato) - Pelswick's, Kate's, and Bobby's dad.
  • Gram-Gram (Priscilla) (voiced by Ellen Ray Hennessy) - Pelswick's, Kate's, and Bobby's grandmother. She often does "extreme" acts beyond that of a grandmother. Most of these acts results in her getting arrested.
  • Boyd Scullarzo (voiced by Chuck Campbell) - The bully of Pelswick's school who likes bullying Pelswick.
  • Agnes - Boyd's adventurous grandmother, and a friend of Priscilla's. Priscilla and Agnes often have their own subplots in later episodes.

PLAYLIST TIME:

You Know What I Like

by: Billy Squier

Somewhere in the distance---somewhere down the line
A trace of an illusion is etched upon my mind
A fool's infatuation poundin' in my brain
I fell into your face before I ever knew your name
You're no stranger--you know what I like...
You got me in a cross fire, drivin' in my car
You come on like a daydream, you move just like a star
Your lips are my persuasion, your love will be my cure
The path of least resistance is all I can endure
You're no stranger--you know what I like...
Miles of conversation...it's all between the lines
You're in the "A" rotation, you're with me all the time
Our love will go the distance--however near and far
In all of my confusion, I know just who you are
