Paula Trickey

Paula Trickey (born March 27, 1966) is an American actress.

Career

Trickey has starred in many TV movies and has also appeared in television series. Trickey's most well-known role was on the USA Network series Pacific Blue as Officer/Sgt. Cory McNamara from 1996-2000. She has made guest appearances on many TV shows, including Beverly Hills, 90210, Renegade, Sliders, Walker, Texas Ranger, and One Tree Hill. She appeared on the third and fourth seasons of The O.C., playing the mother of Harbor School socialite Taylor Townsend.

Trickey was born in Amarillo Texas, the daughter of Virginia Demorest and Harold Trickey. Trickey was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she attended East Central High School. While in high school she appeared in local television commercials and began competing in pageants. In 1985 she was crowned Miss Oklahoma in the All-American Teen Pageant (a Miss USA production) only to lose in the finals to an unknown Halle Berry.

Personal life

Following high school Paula moved to Dallas where she studied acting and worked in commercials and local film productions such as "Dallas", and "Dallas the Early Years". Trickey moved to Los Angeles in 1986. She married television producer Richard Thurber in 1996; they have one daughter.

Darlene Vogel

Darlene Vogel (born October 25, 1962 in Modesto, California), is an American actress who was a model and did commercials before getting into acting.

Career

Vogel's first feature film was the 1989 science fiction film, Back to the Future Part II and as the IFT intern in the pre-show segment for 1991 film ride, Back to the Future: The Ride for the Universal movie parks.

Acting roles

Vogel has appeared in numerous TV roles, with probably best known role being a part on the USA Network TV series, Pacific Blue as Officer Chris Kelly from 1996 to 1999. She is also known for her role on the soap opera One Life to Live as Dr. Melanie Farrell McIver from January 2000 to October 2001. Vogel's other films include are Ski School, Angel 4: Undercover, and Ring of Steel. She has made guest appearances on TV shows, including Full House, Farscape, Northern Exposure, Boy Meets World and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Infomercials

Presently, Vogel appears regularly on the TV infomercial circuit as a pitchperson for such prouducts as the "Youtholoy" wrinkle remover, and the "DogPedic" dog sleep system with Montel Williams.

Rick Rossovich

Rick Rossovich (born August 28, 1957) is an American actor best known as Ron "Slider" Kerner in the 1986 classic Top Gun.

Rossovich was born Frederic Enrico Rossovich in Palo Alto, California. His brother, Tim Rossovich, is a former professional football player and also an actor. He attended college at Sacramento State University.

Pacific Blue (TV series)

Pacific Blue is an American crime drama series about a team of police officers with the Santa Monica Police Department who patrolled its beaches on bicycles. The show ran for five seasons on the USA Network, from March 2, 1996 to April 9, 2000, with a total of 101 episodes. Often compared as "Baywatch on bikes", the series enjoyed a popular run among the network's viewers, and was popular in France, Israel, Sweden, Bulgaria, Norway, Spain, Russia, Austria, Germany, Italy, South America, Canada, Denmark, Poland, and other foreign markets.

Cast

The series underwent cast changes between the third and fourth seasons, one which dramatically altered its tone. The third season finale brought the departure of actors Marcos Ferraez and Rick Rossovich. The fourth season premiere brought four major cast additions: Shanna Moakler, as Monica Harper, Amy Hunter as Jamie Strickland, Jeff Stearns, as Russ Granger, and Mario Lopez as Bobby Cruz. These new recruits to the Pacific Blue unit skewed the show's cast in a younger direction.

Jim Davidson (actor)

Jim Davidson (born January 18, 1963) is an American actor and model active in the 1990s and early 2000s. Davidson is a graduate of Lehigh University.

Career

Davidson's first television role came as the pit reporter on the monster truck racing series Monster Wars, which lasted one season in 1993 before being cancelled. He is best known for his work on the mid-1990s television drama Pacific Blue. Since then, Davidson has guest-starred in a number of primetime dramas and appeared on CBS daytime drama Guiding Light from 2001–2002 and 2005.

A television pilot based on the Snopes.com website, called Snopes: Urban Legends, was completed in 2002 with Davidson as host, but major networks passed on the project.

In 2003, Davidson released a CD of Christian pop songs, titled As Long As I Have You. The CD was sold through his website and at shows around the United States, plus Portugal, Denmark and Canada.

Since 2007, Davidson has mostly worked as an accountant and as co-owner of an auto repair shop in Los Angeles.
