PRB is a 60’ monohull designed by Bruce Farr and built by CDK technologies in La Foret Fouesnant, France. It was put to water in September 2006. In 2007 the monohull has won three of the five events in which it has participated. Winner of the Grand Prix Petit Navire offshore race, of the Calais Round Britain Race, and more recently of the Rolex Fastnet Race, it distmated in the Barcelona World Race. Vincent Riou, winner of the last Vendée Globe will compete the next around the world race onboard PRB.

Vessel is a subscription video service launched in 2015 by the early team behind Hulu, including former CEO Jason Kilar and Richard Tom.
The service resembles that of YouTube, whereby a viewer can watch videos for free. However viewers can add "Early Access" at a monthly fee to their account, which allows them to view videos a minimum of 72 hours before the video is released to the general public. Vessel has since created mobile applications for iOS and Android devices which optimizes the videos for mobile viewing.
The idea behind the site was that creators would be able to gain more revenue from their videos than on YouTube due to the subscription fee as well as advertisements.
Since the site was created, YouTube stars such as Linus Sebastian, Connor Franta, Caspar Lee, Tanya Burr, Good Mythical Morning, Marcus Butler, Kent Heckel and Jack Vale have signed up to have their content streamed on Vessel.

The retinoblastoma protein (protein name abbreviated pRb; gene name abbreviated RB or RB1) is a tumor suppressor protein that is dysfunctional in several major cancers. One function of pRb is to prevent excessive cell growth by inhibiting cell cycle progression until a cell is ready to divide. When the cell is ready to divide, pRb is phosphorylated, becomes inactive and allows cell cycle progression. It is also a recruiter of several chromatin remodeling enzymes such as methylases and acetylases.
Rb belongs to the pocket protein family, whose members have a pocket for the functional binding of other proteins. Should an oncogenic protein, such as those produced by cells infected by high-risk types of human papillomaviruses, bind and inactivate pRb, this can lead to cancer.
In humans, the protein is encoded by the RB1 gene located on 13q14.1-q14.2. If both alleles of this gene are mutated early in life, the protein is inactivated and results in development of retinoblastoma cancer, hence the name Rb. Retinal cells are not sloughed off or replaced, and are subjected to high levels of mutagenic UV radiation, and thus most pRB knock-outs occur in retinal tissue (but it's also been documented in certain skin cancers in patients from New Zealand where the amount of UV radiation is significantly higher).
