Sonchus is a genus of flowering plants in the dandelion tribe within the sunflower family.
Most of the species are annual herbs, a few are perennial, and a few are even woody (subgenus Dendrosonchus, restricted to the Canary Islands)
Annual herbs in the genus are known as sow thistles (less commonly hare thistles or hare lettuces). The genus is named after the Ancient Greek for such plants. All are characterized by soft, somewhat irregularly lobed leaves that clasp the stem and, at least initially, form a basal rosette. The stem contains a milky latex. Flower heads are yellow and range in size from half to one inch in diameter; the florets are all of ray type. Sow thistles are common roadside plants, and while native to Eurasia and tropical Africa, they are found almost worldwide in temperate regions.
Mature sow thistle stems can range from 30 cm to 2 m (1 to 6 feet) tall, depending upon species and growing conditions. Colouration ranges from green to purple in older plants. Sow thistles exude a milky latex when any part of the plant is cut or damaged, and it is from this fact that the plants obtained the common name, "sow thistle", as they were fed to lactating sows in the belief that milk production would increase. Sow thistles are known as "milk thistles" in some regions, although true milk thistles belong to the genus Silybum.
Post-hardcore is a genre of music that is derivative of the hardcore punk music genre, itself an offshoot of the broader punk rock movement. Like post-punk, post-hardcore is a term for a broad constellation of groups. Many emerged from the hardcore punk scene, or took inspiration from hardcore, while emphasizing a greater degree of expression.
The genre took shape in the mid-to-late-1980s with releases from bands from cities that had established hardcore punk scenes, in particular from the scenes in Washington, D.C. such as Fugazi as well as slightly different sounding groups such as Big Black and Jawbox that stuck closer to the noise rock roots of post-hardcore.

P.H.U.Q. is the second full length album by British Rock band The Wildhearts, which was released on 22 May 1995 on East West Records and entered the UK Albums Chart at number 6.
Original guitarist/singer CJ was only present for some of the early recording sessions for this album and was later fired by group leader Ginger. Subsequently, some of the album's songs were recorded with only one guitar.
It was the band's original vision to follow up Earth vs the Wildhearts with a double album, to include longer, more intricate songs such as "Inglorious" and "Do The Channel Bop." However, lack of support from their record label, EastWest, meant that six songs written by that point were instead released as a fan club-only mini-album, Fishing for Luckies, prior to the release of P.H.U.Q.
Ginger has said the title of the album is pronounced "fuck" in the Ask Ginger section of the band's official website.

getting it cheap, a-getting it free
a-getting it safe, a-getting it sussed
a-getting it seen, a-getting it praised
a-getting it in, a-getting it out, a-getting it erased
CHORUS:
getting it all the way, so don't ask for what I say
when I'm still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!) (x2)
getting it down, a-getting it back
a-getting it pain, a-getting it tight
well getting it loose, getting it to stay
well getting it hard, a-getting it real, a-getting it afraid
CHORUS:
getting it all the way, it feels a whole lot better today
'cos I'm still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!) (x15)
getting it rich, getting it poor
getting it still, getting a deal
a-getting it shut, a-getting it true
a-getting it good, a-getting it bad
a-getting it and keeping it
CHORUS:
getting it all the way, it's the same for you and me
we're all still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!)
I'm still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!) (x2)
you're still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!)
'cos I'm still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!)
I'm still getting it right (getting it, getting it, getting it!) (x9)
(on and on and on and on and...) (x14)
(on and on...)
SHUT UP!
