OTV may refer to:
One True Voice were a short-lived British boy band created on the ITV television series Popstars: The Rivals in which pop groups of both genders created through a public vote would contest the single charts for the 2002 Christmas number one single. In the contest, One True Voice with their No. 2 double A-side "Sacred Trust / After You're Gone" lost out to girl group Girls Aloud and their No. 1 single "Sound of the Underground". One True Voice released a further single in 2003 before acrimoniously splitting in August without having released an album.

OTV (Arabic: أو تي في) is a publicly traded television station in Lebanon. It began broadcasting on 20 July 2007 on the Arabsat satellite, on the 11823MHz frequency. OTV launched officially in 2008 after a testing period of almost six months. OTV now covers the world through different broadcasting channels for European Union, Canada, United States, Australia, and the Arab World. In addition, www.otv.com.lb offers live streaming coverage on the internet. The OTV main news bulletin is also broadcast on Sawt Al Mada Radio (92.5 & 92.7 MHz)
