Otham

Otham is a village and civil parish in the Maidstone district of Kent, England.

The 12th-century parish church of St Nicholas is a Grade I listed building. The vicar is Revd Andrew Sewell. Otham also has a number of mediaeval houses which are listed including Otham Manor (Grade I),Synyards (Grade I) and Stoneacre (Grade II*). Stoneacre is a small National Trust property, which is a private residence but opened to visitors on Saturdays and Bank Holiday Mondays from April - September.

Otham has a circular walk of 7 km which includes the Spot Lane Nature Reserve and Stoneacre. Details of it are available from its parish website as a pdf file.

Sport and leisure

Otham has two Non-League football clubs playing at Honey Lane, Bearsted F.C. in the Kent Invicta League and APM Contrast F.C. in the Kent County League.
