Os Grãos
Os Grãos (Portuguese for The Grains) is the sixth studio album by Brazilian rock band Os Paralamas do Sucesso. It was released in October 1991.
The sonority of Os Grãos is a major departure of the previous albums' style, being the first one to contain electronic elements. However, due to the fragile economic situation of Brazil during the early 1990s and the decline of appreciation of Brazilian rock, the album suffered from extremely poor sales, and was also negatively reviewed. However, "Tendo a Lua" and "Trac-Trac" (a Portuguese-language adaptation of Fito Páez's homonymous song) were minor hits.
