One Broadway is a residential skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in Downtown's southern Brickell Financial District, an area of increased density with the recent building boom in Miami. The 42-story tower was completed in 2005, and is located at 1451 South Miami Avenue, two blocks west of Brickell Avenue. The building is near Southeast/Southwest 15th Road, which is known as Broadway in Brickell.

One Broadway Plaza is a 37-story office tower proposed near downtown Santa Ana, California. The building would be the tallest in Orange County, at 497 feet (151.5 m) tall.
The project survived a voter referendum challenged in April 2005 by the nimbys and was slated for a 2008 opening date. Due to the downturn in the economy the project was put on hold and may not be necessary due to the increase in other projects in orange county.

Broadway Plaza, also known as Broadway InterPlaza, located near Broadway and Alameda in Denver, Colorado, was a retail complex most notable as the only North American location of the French department store Printemps. The store was open for approximately 16 months before failing, and the building is now a regional office for the medical testing company Quest Diagnostics. The multi-use complex of buildings is now re-purposed under various ownership entities.
In its earlier days, the land on which the shopping center was built had two incarnations: Beginning in 1922, Merchants Park sports arena, home of the Denver Bears baseball team; and then later Merchants Park Shopping Center, which opened in 1951, with an appearance by Hopalong Cassidy The shopping center had a Walgreen Drugs, Miller's Supermarket, and a Joslin's Department Store, which opened on March 21, 1952. North of Merchants Park was a huge warehouse and retailing operation of Montgomery Ward. The Denver Tramway Company's South Division Car Barn was located at Broadway and Alaska Pl. near the Montgomery Ward's site, and was the scene of some of the violent events of the Denver Tramway Strike in August 1920.

It is the tallest building in Rochester, and the tallest residential building in a US city with a metropolitan area with a population less than 200,000. It is the 30th tallest building in Minnesota.
