Old Enough (Nickelback song)
"Old Enough" is the second single from The State by the Canadian rock band Nickelback. It was used in the soundtrack to Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2. The song peaked at number 12 on the RPM Rock chart in Canada and number 24 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.

Old Enough is a 1984 American drama film written and directed by Marisa Silver, produced by Dina Silver, and is also Alyssa Milano's film debut. A low-budget production, the film screened at the Sundance Film Festival. where it was First Prize.
Plot
In New York City, Karen (Rainbow Harvest) is a streetwise teen from a lower-middle-class family, who pursues a friendship with 11-year-old Lonnie (Sarah Boyd). Lonnie is from a wealthy, upper-class family who live in the area. After making friends, they expose each other to the very different lifestyles they live. In the process they learn lessons each culture has to offer. The situation becomes complicated when Karen's brother Johnny (Neill Barry) shows interest in Lonnie and Lonnie begins to develop a crush on him. Soon, a sensual new neighbor (Roxanne Hart) moves into Karen's family's apartment building and Johnny becomes slightly infatuated with her. Circumstances arise that will test Karen and Lonnie's friendship.

The State (album)
The State is the second album released by the Canadian rock band Nickelback. "Leader of Men" was the lead single from this album followed by "Old Enough", "Breathe" and "Worthy to Say". "Leader of Men" held a peak position of #130 on the Billboard 200. The album also held a peak position on Billboard Top Heatseekers Albums charts position #3 in 2000. The album went Platinum in Canada in April 2002 and went Platinum in 2008 in the United States.
Background
The State was recorded in 1998. In September 1998, The State was released independently with a blue album cover. The next year later in 1999, it was reissued on EMI Canada, with a re-formatted version of the original cover (the words "Nickelback" and "The State" were originally in yellow, in the same size near the right edge of the cover, on the EMI reissue, the word "Nickelback" was made into a bigger font and "The State" rendered in white, at the top of the cover). In 2000, it was reissed again on EMI Canada, this time with different artwork: a young boy in a jail cell on the re-releases. In 2000 The State reached the Billboard 200 peaking 130. To support The State, Nickelback toured with 3 Doors Down, Creed, Sevendust, and Stone Temple Pilots. In early of 2001 the band played its final dates with Everclear. In March 2001 Nickelback won its first Juno Award for Best New Group. In 1999, when Roadrunner signed Nickelback, they reissued The State, keeping the cover from the 2000 reissue. The State was released in Europe in April of 2001.
Consolers of the Lonely
Consolers of the Lonely is the second album by American rock band The Raconteurs. It was released on March 25, 2008 on Warner Bros. Records in most parts of the world, and a day earlier on XL Recordings in the UK.
The band did no promotion before the album's release, and its existence was only confirmed a week before. Even so, the record was accidentally leaked by iTunes, and some fans managed to purchase the album early. It is available on CD, vinyl, and MP3. A video for the first single from the album, "Salute Your Solution" was released on the same day. The album earned a nomination for Best Rock Album at the 51st Grammy Awards.
Background
The band premiered "Five on the Five" during their last tour. The title of the record comes from the inscription in the side of a Washington, D.C. post office written by Charles William Eliot, which reads in full:
