Obsession (Sky Ferreira song)

"Obsession" is a song by American recording artist Sky Ferreira. The song was written by Justin "DJ Frank E" Franks with OneRepublic members Ryan Tedder and Jerrod Bettis, both of whom co-produced it with DJ Frank E. The song was released as a single on September 14, 2010 by Capitol Records. "Obsession" has been compared to "Rock and Roll" by Gary Glitter and "I Kissed a Girl" by Katy Perry. The song peaked at number thirty-seven on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Songs. The music video for the song was directed by Marc Klasfeld, and portrays Ferreira's obsession with actor Michael Madsen.

Following its release, "Obsession" has been featured on Now That's What I Call Music! 35, the first soundtrack to The Vampire Diaries, and the soundtrack to the 2011 romantic comedy film Larry Crowne. A remix of the song by Static Revenger was also included on Now That's What I Call Club Hits 2.

"Obsession" is a single which appeared on DJ Tiësto's first album, In My Memory in 2001, the track features the production of Tom Holkenborg also known as Junkie XL. The song was recorded at the Computer Hell Cabin, Amsterdam.

Obsession (1997 film)

Obsession is a 1997 Franco-German drama film directed by Peter Sehr and starring Daniel Craig.

The film was released in Germany on 28 August 1997 and premiered in Canada's Toronto Film Festival on 9 September the same year.

Plot

Two men become entangled in a torrid love affair with the same woman. Pierre is Miriam's longtime lover. John is desperately searching for clues about his past when he and Miriam have a fateful encounter in a Berlin train station. The allure of forbidden love becomes irresistible, and an intense love triangle is ignited. Who will Miriam choose? Who will walk away? For two men who desperately adore the same woman and for the woman who loves them equally...there is no easy way out.

Saint (song)

"Saint", stylized as (s)AINT, is a song written by Marilyn Manson in 2003 for the album The Golden Age of Grotesque. Marilyn Manson portrays himself in the music video. The video was shot over a period of two days in November 2003 at the Sunset Tower, a hotel in Los Angeles, California. It was directed by Asia Argento, who guest stars in the video along with Eric Szmanda & former band member Gidget Gein whose "In Case of Emergency Break Heart" sculpture is featured in the video. The sculpture is an edition of three,the one in the video being owned by Asia Argento and the other is owned by artist and friend of Gidget Gein, Damian Crowley and the third version is owned by UnPOP art movement co-founder and friend Aaron Partridge.

Along with the release of the album, Lest We Forget, Manson released a single DVD with the uncut, banned from the label, original version of the music video. The only way to receive this though was to order it through Manson's website. It came also with the CD/DVD package. The explicit version of the DVD was released with the (s)AINT video in Australia and Europe. Japan required an edited version of the video due to censorship laws on showing female genitalia in media.

Saint (manhua)

Saint (Chinese: 大聖王; pinyin: Dàshèng wáng; literally: "The Great Saint King") is a manhua by Hong Kong comics artist Khoo Fuk Lung. It follows the life and adventures of Sun Wukong, the monkey king from the novel Journey to the West. It was first published by Jade Dynasty and is licensed by Yuk Long Limited.

Summary

A stone monkey is born from the divine rock as a child of the Heaven and Earth. Di Shi Tian, the Jade Emperor who presides over Heaven, orders thunder deity Lei Gong to inflict Heavenly Punishment on the monkey, but Lei Gong is unable to do so. The monkey studies the 73 transformations from Puti Laozu the Master of the Sun, and is given the name Sun Wukong. Lei Gong attempts to eliminate him again with Heavenly Punishment, but Sun uses his abilities to protect his master and his fellow students.

Sun receives the title of Bumayun (horsekeeper) from Di Shi Tian, and finds the position to be lowly. He fights with some deities, including Tianpeng Yuanshai. He rescues 108 demons from Pangu's temple. Dashan Ru Lai captures Sun and imprisons him in Mount Wu Xing. Di Shi Tian punishes Sanyan Zhanshen and Beidou-Xingjun for their carelessness.
