Noy was established by Haredi Knesset member David Tal on 23 May 2005. Previously Tal had been a member of One Nation, which was about to merge into the Israeli Labor Party, a move Tal was opposed to.

Forced to find a job as his family's breadwinner, Noy (Coco Martin) poses as a journalist commissioned to come up with a documentary following the campaign trail of his namesake and top presidential bet, Sen. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino for the 2010 Philippine National elections.
It started when Noy, who has ambition to be a news reporter, faked his school records to enter a major TV station, owned by Jane. As a reporter, he was assigned to cover Senator Sen. Noynoy's presidential campaigns everywhere. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, Divine, initially discouraged him,was forced to agree. He covered Senator Aquino's campaigns from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, everytime, from sunrise to midnight, from live coverage to record editing. His older brother, Bong, crippled by polio, jealous at Noy at his lucky streak, unintentionally joined a notorious group at drug dealing.
Noy is Chandrabindoo's ninth and latest studio album. The name is a play on words meaning 9th Chandrabindoo or Not Chandrabindoo. The band claims to have changed their entire sound / lyrical style for this album to give it a new feel.
Previously an album "e-Arki" was planned, and 2 tracks "Jani Na" (made available online as a single) and "Puraton Gamchha" were recorded. This project was scrapped and "Noy" was released amongst much fanfare after a gap of 4 years. Chandrabindoo has announced that they will be launching albums every 4th year from now on, as important events like Commonwealth Games, Cricket World Cup, FIFA World Cup and Olympic Games take place every 4 years. This album has been a critical and commercial failure.
Verse 1: I became her lover, she became my lover. Had her heart broke, I was helping her recover. I became the man she knew she could rely on. Somebody to listen or shoulder to cry on. She was getting better, better she was getting. The more time spent, the more she would forget him. But then back around he seen that he started coming, and shes on the low taking phone calls from him. I thought that we were building something strong. He apologizes and now your gone. And I won't put up with this.
Pre-chorus: You wanna go. (Go.) Just hope you know. Baby your gonna be lonely, lonely again. Oh lonely, lonely. Go on go, go. Just hope you know. (Hey.) Baby your gonna be lonely, lonely again. Lonely, lonely again.
