Noordwijk (Dutch pronunciation:[ˈnoːrtʋɛi̯k]) is a town and municipality in the west of the Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of 51.45km2 (19.86sqmi) of which 15.97km2 (6.17sqmi) is water and had a population of 25,600 in 2014.
Besides its beaches, Noordwijk is also known for its bulb flower fields. It is located in an area called the "Dune and Bulb Region" (Duin- en Bollenstreek).
Noordwijk is a hamlet in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is located in the municipality of De Wolden, about 1km north of De Wijk, from which it derives its name.
