Wizo

Wizo (German pronunciation: [ˈviːzo]) is a punk rock band from Sindelfingen, Germany. The band was formed in 1985. Their messages run from political to humorous, and they are strongly opposed to Nazism, fascism, racism, and "all of that crap". They split up in March 2005 and reunited in November 2009.

Biography

Jochen Bix founded the band "Wieso" (meaning "why?") with friends in Sindelfingen, a town in the vicinity of Stuttgart. In 1986 they altered their name to "Wizo" and got their first gig in 1987. In 1988 Wizo released their first demo tape, in 1990, they released another demo. Jochen only sang a few songs, including the Judas Priest cover, "Breaking the Law". He then left and Axel Kurth became the front man.

Later that year, they founded their own label, Hulk Räckorz and released the "Klebstoff" ("Glue") EP, their first vinyl record.

Women's International Zionist Organization

The Women's International Zionist Organization (WIZO; Hebrew: ויצו‎ Vitzo), is a volunteer organization dedicated to social welfare in all sectors of Israeli society, the advancement of the status of women, and Jewish education in Israel and the Diaspora.

History

WIZO was founded in England on 7 July 1920 by Rebecca Sieff, Dr. Vera Weizmann (wife of Israel's first president, Dr. Chaim Weizmann), Edith Eder, Romana Goodman and Henrietta Irwell to provide community services for the residents of Mandate Palestine.

WIZO branches opened across Europe, such as that run by Julia Batino in Macedonia, but many were closed down in the wake of Nazi occupation and the Holocaust. Branches in Latin America continued to operate during the war.

In 1949, after the establishment of the State of Israel, WIZO moved its headquarters to Israel and Sieff became president of the world WIZO organization. In 1966, she was replaced by Rosa Ginossar. Other past presidents include Raya Jaglom and Michal Har'el Modai, former Miss Israel and wife of Israeli politician, Yitzhak Moda'i.

Nice (/ˈniːs/, French pronunciation: ​[nis]; Niçard Occitan: Niça [classical norm] or Nissa [nonstandard], Italian: Nizza or Nizza Marittima, Greek: Νίκαια, Latin: Nicaea) is the fifth most populous city in France, after Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Toulouse, and it is the capital of the Alpes Maritimes département. The urban area of Nice extends beyond the administrative city limits, with a population of about 1 million on an area of 721 km² (278 sq mi). Located in the Côte d'Azur area on the south east coast of France on the Mediterranean Sea, Nice is the second-largest French city on the Mediterranean coast and the second-largest city in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region after Marseille. Nice is about 8 miles (13 km) from the principality of Monaco, and its airport is a gateway to the principality as well.

The city is called Nice la Belle (Nissa La Bella in Niçard), which means Nice the Beautiful, which is also the title of the unofficial anthem of Nice, written by Menica Rondelly in 1912.

Únice

Únice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.58 square kilometres (2.15 sq mi), and has a population of 57 (as at 28 August 2006).

Únice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Strakonice, 59 km (37 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 95 km (59 mi) south-west of Prague.

Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy

"Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy" is the tenth episode of season 10 and the 149th overall episode of Comedy Central's South Park. It originally aired on October 18, 2006.

This episode parodies the TV series Dog the Bounty Hunter. The episode focuses on a situation involving Kyle Broflovski, his little brother, Ike, Eric Cartman, and the kindergarten teacher, Ms. Stevenson. The episode is rated TV-MA on Comedy Central and TV-14 for suggestive dialogue (D), offensive language (L), and sexual content (S) in syndication.

Plot

Eric Cartman is asked by a hall monitor to go see Principal Victoria. He believes he is in trouble for telling the other boys he made another student sick, but is instead given "authoritah" as the new school hallway monitor. Cartman takes full advantage of his new job, such as by dressing and acting as "Dawg the Hallway Monitor" and by bullying others and threatening them with bear spray. During his shift, Cartman finds a love drawing of Miss Stevenson (the kindergarten teacher) by Ike. After Miss Stevenson receives the drawing, she admits she too loves Ike, and the pair go on dates and even begin a sexual relationship.
