    New Religion is Primal Fear's seventh full-length album, released on September 21, 2007.

    Epica's Simone Simons provides guest vocals on "Everytime It Rains". Two lead guitar solos are provided by Magnus Karlsson. There are additional orchestral arrangements by Mat Sinner and Matz Ulmer.

    About the song

    The song is described in the Rio liner notes as "a dialogue between the ego and the alter-ego", which is reflected in the refrain, where two conflicting voices sing on top of each other.
