Biggin is a village and civil parish in the Derbyshire Dales district of Derbyshire, England, near Hulland and just off the A517 road. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 105. In the 2011 census, it had a population of 120. There are two Biggins in Derbyshire, this one is more precisely known as Biggin by Hulland.
'Biggin by Hulland' is a small town in Derbyshire within the United Kingdom. Also known as a small hamlet south of Carsington Water; Hulland Ward village is on the A517 midway between the Ashbourne and Duffield with extensive views over south Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

This village 'Biggin' used to be known as 'Newbiggin'. From the olden days till now, locals and travellers of Biggin tend to go and visit 'The Waterloo Inn' on the village's main street. Although, it is a popular busy inn, the pub ensures that customers and all visitors can obtain a quiet country entertainment and dogs are also allowed into the holiday inn.
