The tour's name was cemented when journalist Adrian Deevoy published his interview with Dylan in Q Magazine no.39, December 1989. The critic Michael Gray listened to Deevoy's interview tape, and points out in The Bob Dylan Encyclopedia that though Deevoy's article put the phrase into Dylan's mouth, in fact the label came from Deevoy in the following exchange:
Anti is the eighth studio album by Barbadian recording artist Rihanna, released on January 28, 2016, through Westbury Road and Roc Nation. The singer began planning the record in 2014, at which time she left her previous label Def Jam and joined Roc Nation. Work continued into 2015, during which she released three singles, including the internationally acclaimed "FourFiveSeconds"; they were ultimately removed from the final track listing. Anti was made available for free digital download on January 28 through Tidal and was released to online music stores for paid purchase on January 29. The album was launched to physical retailers on February 5.
As executive producer, Rihanna contributed to most of the album's lyrics and collaborated with producers including Jeff Bhasker, Boi-1da, DJ Mustard, Hit-Boy, Brian Kennedy, Timbaland and No I.D. to achieve her desired sound. Their efforts resulted in a departure from Rihanna's previous dance and club music genre and created a primarily pop and R&B album, with elements of soul and dancehall. The producers incorporated dark, sparsely layered, minimalist song structures, whilst most of Anti's lyrics dealt with the complexities of romantic love and self-assurance.

Let those love sick souls take over,
So moons they shine like lilac stones in summer.
Girls and boys will show their feathers,
Mixing waves that bring them close together.
But you were there,
Making raindrops in the corner.
So sad 'cause someone made you feel so scared.
"Nothing ever lasts forever" they said,
"Things always, they always fade".
But baby don't you cry,
I'm near you all the time.
You're in my heart and mind.
So don't you be afraid,
I'll never let you fade.
So baby don't you cry,
I'm near you all the time.
You're in my heart and mind.
I'll keep my love the same,
Forever and a day.
Cotton candy clouds I gave her,
So she could bend the rainbow rings around her.
'Cause you're my girl and you deserve
the brightest colored dreams that I can get you.
And I'll be there whenever you feel lost or lonely.
Those tears, they only make you wet.
Don't you let those cynics try and bring you down now.
Understand, you're so pretty in so many ways.
Oh baby don't you cry,
I'm near you all the time.
You're in my heart and mind.
So don't you be afraid,
I'll never let you fade.
So baby don't you cry (Gonna fix your rainy heart)
I'm near you all the time (Gonna free your rainy heart)
You're in my heart and mind (Gonna see forever now)
I'll keep my love the same,
Forever and a day.
That story of how everything dies,
It's fiction, made up by the hypnotized.
Oh sweetness, can't you see it's never ending...
So baby don't you cry,
I'm near you all the time.
You're in my heart and mind.
So don't you be afraid,
I'll never let you fade.
So baby don't you cry (Gonna fix your rainy heart)
I'm near you all the time (Gonna free your rainy heart)
You're in my heart and mind (Gonna see forever now)
I'll keep my love the same,
