Muhammadabad

Muhammadabad is a town and a nagar panchayat in Farrukhabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The town has services such as schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, ATMs and many Hi-Tech facilities. This town is also famous for its Gulab Jamun.

Mohammadabad is located at 27°12′N 79°18′E / 27.20°N 79.30°E / 27.20; 79.30 at 61 m elevation from sea level.

As of 2001 India census, Mohammadabad had a population of 20,504. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%.
