Mohini (Tamil actress)

Mohini is an Indian actress who has acted in South Indian films, mainly in Malayalam and Tamil.

Personal life

Mohini got married to Bharath in 1999 and settled in USA. The couple have 2 sons. Her husband was about to divorce her due to difference in opinion (2008). But from the latest news, she is not divorced. She got converted to Christianity after she started reading the Bible which her house maid had. She changed her name to Christina and started participating in stage talks.

She has acted in 78 movies which includes two Hindi movies. She acted in all the four south Indian languages. She mainly concentrated in Malayalam movies. She was nominated for a national award for best actress for the Malayalam film Parinayam. She was awarded best new face in Tamil and Malayalam.
