Charity Wakefield

Charity Wakefield (born September 1980) is an English actress.

Early life and education

Wakefield was born September 1980 in Sussex, England. At a couple of months old she moved with her mother, Caroline, to L'Ampolla in Catalonia, Spain. They returned to England when Wakefield was four. She has a half-sister, Olivia. Her maternal grandfather was actor James Hayter.

Wakefield went to Bexhill College, and studied acting at the Oxford School of Drama from 2000 to 2003. As well as acting, she plays the violin and has a strong soprano singing voice.

Career

Wakefield made her screen debut in 2004, in (Past Present Future) Imperfect. She starred in a BBC1 production of Rapunzel, in which Rapunzel is a young tennis star, and also appeared in Casualty 1907.

Her theatre credits include Yesterday Was a Weird Day, a production about the 2005 London bombings, Constance in The Three Musketeers at the Bristol Old Vic, and Elaine in The Graduate, at the New Vic. Wakefield's performance as Susan in Baby with the Bathwater at the Old Red Lion Theatre was called "fabulous."

Mason Cook

Mason Cook (born 1999 or 2000) is an American teen actor.

Early life

Cook is from Oklahoma City. He attended Nichols Hills Elementary School. He enjoys BMX-biking and skateboarding. He has three siblings: Lilly, Lane and Georgia.

Career

Cook's first professional work was on television, on the sitcom According to Jim and the drama Grey's Anatomy.

Cook's most prominent film role is his portrayal (at age 11) of Cecil Wilson in Spy Kids: All the Time in the World, for which he was nominated for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film – Supporting Young Actor in 2011. He performed the minor recurring character Corey on the sitcom The Middle for several years

Cook's father, Ted Elston, is his manager.

Mockingbird Lane

Mockingbird Lane is a 2012 television special developed as a re-imagining of the 1960s CBS sitcom The Munsters. It was developed for NBC by Bryan Fuller. The pilot episode aired on October 26, 2012, as a Halloween special, with the option for a series order. The special was viewed by 5.47 million American viewers and gained a 1.5/5 ratings share for adults aged 18–49.

On December 27, 2012, NBC announced that it would not be taking Mockingbird Lane to series.

Description

A reboot of The Munsters, it was written and executive produced by Fuller as a one-hour drama with "spectacular visuals." It explored the origins of the Munster family and was darker and edgier, while retaining plenty of humor. The costumes and make-up for the characters were heavily toned down to have them more closely resemble humans.

Mockingbird Lane (Texas)

Mockingbird Lane is a road located mainly in central Dallas, Texas. It is one of three main arterial roads in this part of Dallas, and is also a major road through Highland Park.

Route description

The road runs west from Buckner Boulevard at its eastern terminus, then travels westward past the Mockingbird Station area between Greenville Avenue and North Central Expressway, narrowing to two lanes as it forms the southern boundary of Southern Methodist University, crosses Hillcrest Avenue, and then passes over the Dallas North Tollway, then intersects with Inwood Road. From there, it curves southwestward, intersecting with Cedar Springs Road to give access to the terminal at Dallas Love Field Airport and forming the airport's southeastern boundary, past the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center while forming the campus's northwestern boundary, has an interchange with Harry Hines Boulevard, curves to the west, and then again to the southwest as it passes under Interstate 35E and Texas State Highway 183. Finally, it intersects Texas State Highway 356 after curving due south, and the street becomes Westmoreland Road at the midpoint of its bridge over the Trinity River floodway into West Dallas.

Jerry O'Connell

Early life and education

O'Connell was born in Manhattan, the son of Linda (née Witkowski), an American art teacher, and Michael O'Connell, a British-born advertising agency art director. His maternal grandfather, Charles S. Witkowski, was mayor of Jersey City, New Jersey. He is of half Irish, one quarter Italian, and one quarter Polish, ancestry. O'Connell was raised in Manhattan with his younger brother, actor Charlie O'Connell. As a teenager, he attended Manhattan's Professional Children's School. He attended New York University (NYU) from 1991–95, majoring in film. While there, he studied screen writing and competed on the NYU fencing team, serving a stint as captain of the sabre squad. He graduated in 1995.

Early life

De Rossi, born Amanda Lee Rogers in Horsham, Victoria, Australia, is the daughter of Margaret, a medical receptionist, and Barry Rogers. Her father died when she was nine years old. She grew up in Grovedale, a suburb of Geelong, Victoria, and modelled for print and TV commercials as a child. In 1988, at the age of 15, Rogers adopted the name Portia de Rossi, by which she remains best known. In 2005, she explained that she had intended to reinvent herself, using the given name of Portia, a character from William Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, and an Italian last name. She was educated at Melbourne Girls Grammar and the University of Melbourne, where she studied law.
