Frank Mandeville Rogers V (born in Florence, South Carolina) is an American record producer, songwriter and session musician. In 1990, Rogers made the trek to Nashville, attending Belmont University and graduating with a Music Business degree. While at Belmont, he met friend and future collaborator Brad Paisley. After graduation, Rogers went to work for EMI Nashville Productions and opened up Sea Gayle Music Publishing with Paisley and Chris DuBois. The successful publishing company, where all three writers write, has had over 300 cuts and 28 number one songs. The three business partners, in late 2009, also teamed up with Sony Nashville to form Sea Gayle Records, with a roster that includes Jerrod Niemann.

Rogers has produced hits for several prominent country music performers since 1999. His work has resulted in thirteen Country Music Association award nominations, with one win (for Album of the Year — Paisley's Time Well Wasted in 2006). Rogers has also received five Academy of Country Music awards (ACM), as well as Billboard magazine's No. 1 Hot Country Producer Award from 2006–2010 and MusicRow Producer of the Year award in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Frank Rogers (Brookside)

Frank Rogers is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera Brookside, played by Peter Christian. The character made his first on-screen appearance during the episode broadcast 1 December 1987 and remained in the show for six years, being killed off in the episode aired on 5 November 1993.

Development

Frank lorry driver who has been promised a desk-job but fails to gain the promotion. The breakdown of their marriage deeply effects their youngest daughter Katie Rogers (Diane Burke). Burke told the Liverpool Echo's Peter Grant that "as the youngest daughter of Frank and Chrissy Rogers, [Katie] had a lot on her plate."

Frank later enters a relationship with Lyn McLoughlin (Sharon Power). He has to fight off unwanted advances from Lyn's sister Bev McLoughlin (Sarah White). Frank's departure storyline saw him killed in a car crash caused by a "drug-crazed" Jimmy Corkhill (Dean Sullivan). The accident happens as Frank tries to make it to his wedding reception to Lyn McLoughlin (Sharon Power). Frank dies just after reaching hospital, and his other passenger Tony Dixon (Mark Lennock) is in a coma for three months before dying in hospital.

Miele

Miele (/ˈmiːlə/ MEE-lə; German: [ˈmiːlə]) is a German-based manufacturer of high-end domestic appliances, commercial equipment and fitted kitchens, based in Gütersloh, Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Germany. The company was founded in 1899 by Carl Miele and Reinhard Zinkann, and has always been a family-owned and run company.

History

Miele's first products were a cream separator, butter churn, and tub washing machine, under the Meteor brand. Carl Miele supervised manufacturing personally, and Reinhard Zinkann apprenticed and handled finances and sales.

The Míele trademark was used very early on and appeared on all machines, nameplates, printed materials and advertising produced by the company. From the mid-1920s, a recognition feature of the logo has been a sloping dash used as the dot on the "i".

The trademark has remained unchanged apart from three minor alterations to reflect contemporary tastes. A survey by the Süddeutsche Zeitung, one of Germany's leading daily newspapers, found that the "i" alone was sufficient to identify the Miele brand.
