Airó is a Portuguese parish, located in the municipality of Barcelos. The population in 2011 was 913, in an area of 3.02 km².

Air (classical element)

Air (also sometimes called Wind) is often seen as a universal power or pure substance. Its fundamental importance to life can be seen in words such as aspire, inspire, perspire and spirit, all derived from the Latin spirare.

Greek and Roman tradition

Air is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science. According to Plato, it is associated with the octahedron; air is considered to be both hot and wet. The ancient Greeks used two words for air: aer meant the dim lower atmosphere, and aether meant the bright upper atmosphere above the clouds.Plato, for instance writes that "So it is with air: there is the brightest variety which we call aether, the muddiest which we call mist and darkness, and other kinds for which we have no name...." Among the early Greek Pre-Socratic philosophers, Anaximenes (mid-6th century BCE) named air as the arche. A similar belief was attributed by some ancient sources to Diogenes Apolloniates (late 5th century BCE), who also linked air with intelligence and soul (psyche), but other sources claim that his arche was a substance between air and fire.Aristophanes parodied such teachings in his play The Clouds by putting a prayer to air in the mouth of Socrates.

Air (Agua de Annique album)

Air is the debut album of the band Agua de Annique formed by the former The Gathering vocalist Anneke van Giersbergen. The album is a pop/rock oriented album and was released in 2007. Anneke van Giersbergen also plays piano on the album.

Disciplined Breakdown

Disciplined Breakdown is the third studio album by American post-grunge band Collective Soul. It was first released on March 11, 1997. The album was recorded during a difficult time in the band's career, when they were going through a long lawsuit with their former management, and they also recorded the album in a cabin-like studio due to lack of money.

Despite not being as successful as their past albums, Disciplined Breakdown earned Collective Soul a million-selling album (charting at #16), and produced a couple of hits, in the form of "Precious Declaration" (#1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks for four weeks) and "Listen" (#1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks for five weeks), which also charted on the Billboard Hot 100, at #65 and #72, respectively.

Maybe (Enrique Iglesias song)

"Maybe" is a pop song written by Kara DioGuardi, Enrique Iglesias, Steve Morales and David Siegel for Iglesias' 2001 album, Escape. Iglesias stated in many interviews that the song was his favorite track from the album Escape. In 2002, the album was reissued with two new tracks, one of which was a reworking of the song dubbed the "Mark Taylor Mix". This version changed the song from a rhythmic piano based ballad into a slower guitar driven song. This version of the song was released as the fifth single from the album. The song caused minor controversy when Britney Spears debuted a new song during her Dream Within a Dream Tour called "My Love was Always There" which featured similar lyrics to the chorus of Iglesias's Maybe as well as the same melody throughout the song. The single was released in November 2002 and became successful in UK, Ireland and New Zealand, peaking into the Top 40 in those countries.

My December is the third studio album by American pop rock recording artist Kelly Clarkson. The album was released on June 22, 2007 throughout most of Europe (such as Germany, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands), on June 23, 2007 in Australia, on June 25, 2007 in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Poland and Mexico, and on June 26, 2007 in North America. Clarkson confirmed the name of the album in her journal on her fanclub website on February 27, 2007.

Since its release, My December has shipped one million copies in the U.S. and has been certified Platinum. It has also been certified Platinum in other countries, including Canada and Australia. The album was voted as the fifth best album of 2007 by the readers of Billboard. It ranked at number 53 on the Australian Year End Chart. The album was heavily reviewed by critics, who noted the album's stronger rock influence when compared with Clarkson's previous album Breakaway.
