Mayadin District (Arabic: منطقة الميادين) is a district (mantiqah) administratively belonging to Deir ez-Zor Governorate, Syria. At the 2004 official census, the district had a population of 247,171. Its administrative centre is the city of Mayadin.

Mayadin (Arabic: ميادين) is a city in eastern Syria. This has even forced ISIL to dig a 15 km (9 mi) trench around the city to keep unknown gunmen out, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
