A virtual world or massively multiplayer online world (MMOW) is a computer-based simulated environment populated by many users who can create a personal avatar, and simultaneously and independently explore the virtual world, participate in its activities and communicate with others. These avatars can be textual, two or three-dimensional graphical representations, or live video avatars with auditory and touch sensations. In general, virtual worlds allow for multiple users.
The user accesses a computer-simulated world which presents perceptual stimuli to the user, who in turn can manipulate elements of the modeled world and thus experience a degree of presence. Such modeled worlds and their rules may draw from the reality or fantasy worlds. Example rules are gravity, topography, locomotion, real-time actions, and communication. Story of Maximum revolves around two of Mumbai Police's top encounter specialists. It's a story of their fight for control and oneupmanship. This fight goes through a complex maze of politics, land deals, fake encounters and bad money. Pundit (Sonu Sood) and Inamdar (Naseeruddin Shah) are two encounter specialists who try to overtake each other for power. Each kill the other's informers and the Mumbai police gets divided. Inamdar and his superiors frame a false case against Pundit and he gets suspended. After a couple of years Pundit comes back into the force with the help of a minister, Tiwari (Vinay Pathak). After the Mumbai blasts Inamdar is removed from his position and Pundit gets reinstated. Meanwhile, it is time for the elections and Tiwari gets the responsibility of the entire procedure. One night when he is at home his accomplices are shot. He goes forward to check and finds the culprit to be Pundit. Before Tiwari can shoot him Pundit shoots Pathak.

Société HOP! is the brand name of the regional flights operated by subsidiaries of Air France. Its flight are operated by Airlinair, Brit Air and Régional under the HOP! brand. The new brand offers daily flights to 50 French and European destinations. Its head office is in the Parc tertiaire Silic in Rungis in Greater Paris.

Hop, occasionally written HOP, is an abbreviation for Hsp70-Hsp90 Organizing Protein. It functions as a co-chaperone which reversibly links together the protein chaperones Hsp70 and Hsp90.
Hop belongs to the large group of co-chaperones, which regulate and assist the major chaperones (mainly heat shock proteins). It is one of the best studied co-chaperones of the Hsp70/Hsp90-complex. It was first discovered in yeast and homologues were identified in human, mouse, rat, insects, plants, parasites, and virus. The family of these proteins is referred to as STI1 (stress inducible protein) and can be divided into yeast, plant, and animal STI1 (Hop).
The gene for human Hop is located on chromosome 11q13.1 and consists of 14 exons.
STI proteins are characterized by some structural features: All homologues have nine tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs, that are clustered into domains of three TPRs.
