Maximum Collection (Max album)

Maximum Collection is a singles collection released by Japanese dance unit, MAX. It was released on September 20, 1999 on the avex trax label, and reached N°1 on the Oricon weekly charts. The album compiled twelve of the group's then current singles (out of fourteen, excluding the low selling first two ones), two of their B-sides, and one track from the "Maximum II" album. First pressing of the album include a bonus disc titled "Maximum Hyper Non-Stop Mega-Mix".

The .500 Maximum, also known as .500 Linebaugh Maximum and .500 Linebaugh Long, is a revolver cartridge developed by John Linebaugh. Only a small number of custom made 5-shot single action revolvers, such as the BMF .500 Maximum manufactured by Gary Reeder Custom Guns, the Ruger Bowen .500 Maximum manufactured by Bowen Classic Arms Corporation and revolvers manufactured by John Linebaugh or Jack Huntington, are being chambered for this round, with a barrel length of up to 6.5" with no muzzle brake or ports.

Collection (abstract data type)

In computer science, a collection or container is a grouping of some variable number of data items (possibly zero) that have some shared significance to the problem being solved and need to be operated upon together in some controlled fashion. Generally, the data items will be of the same type or, in languages supporting inheritance, derived from some common ancestor type. A collection is a concept applicable to abstract data types, and does not prescribe a specific implementation as a concrete data structure, though often there is a conventional choice (see Container for type theory discussion).

Some different kinds of collections are lists, sets, multisets, trees and graphs. An enumerated type may be either a list or a set.

Fixed-size arrays (or tables) are usually not considered a collection because they hold a fixed number of data items, although they commonly play a role in the implementation of collections. Variable-size arrays are generally considered collections.
