Matt Vaughn is an American college baseball coach, currently serving as head coach of the UC Davis Aggies baseball team. He has held that position since before the 2012 season.
Vaughn pitched for UC Davis for four years, appearing in 37 games. He was honorable mention all-conference in his senior season, winning his final three starts as an Aggie.
UC Davis hired Vaughn as a pitching coach for the first season after his graduation. He worked with a pair of Division II College World Series teams in 1995 and 2003, and assisted in the first Aggie team to reach the Division I NCAA Tournament in 2008. He has coached 36 players who have signed professional contracts and fifteen of his pitchers drafted in the Major League Baseball Draft. After being passed over in favor of Rex Peters for the open head coaching position in 2002, Vaughn nearly left the school, but elected instead to remain. He was elevated to the head coaching position in August 2011.

Matt is a given name. It is a diminutive of Matthew, and often serves as a nickname for persons named Matthew. Less commonly, it is used as a surname.
Matt is a village, and former municipality, in the municipality of Glarus Süd and canton of Glarus in Switzerland. Matt lies in the valley of the Sernf river, and consists of the village of Matt itself, and the mountain hamlet of Weissenberge.
Matt is first mentioned in 1273 as Mattun.
In 1879, the valley of the Linth river was connected to the Swiss railway network by the opening of the Swiss Northeastern Railway line from Weesen, but Matt, in the side-valley of the Sernf river, remained unserved. This impacted the local economy, and various proposals were brought forward to provide rail service to the Sernf valley. Eventually, on 8 July 1905, the Sernftal tramway, a metre gauge roadside electric tramway, was opened connecting Schwanden with Matt and other communities as far as Elm. Service on this line continued until 31 May 1969, when it was replaced by road services. In 1967, a cable car was opened to link Matt and Weissenberge.
On 1 January 2011, Matt became part of the new municipality of Glarus Süd.

This is a list of fictional characters in the television series Burn Notice. The article deals with the series' main and recurring characters.
Jesse Porter (Coby Bell) is a former Counterintelligence Field Activity/Defense Intelligence Agency agent introduced in the Season 4 premiere. He was initially stationed in the field, but his risky and impulsive tactical maneuvers led to his being demoted to desk duty. Because of his research on the war-profiteering organization that Management was hunting, Michael stole Jesse's work in the course of his investigation, unintentionally burning Jesse. Jesse came to Michael for help as a fellow burned spy, which Michael accepted. But the fact that Jesse was insistent on exacting revenge on whoever burned him led the team to cover their trails leading to his burning. Left with nothing as Michael was, Jesse moves in as a tenant with Madeline and quickly fits into the team and their regular jobs.
Vaughn were a hard rock band formed by – and named after – vocalist Danny Vaughn, formerly of Tyketto and Waysted. The other initial band members were Michael Clayton (drums) and Jamie Scott (bass), both from Tyketto, and P.J. Zitarosa (guitar) and Kyle Cummings (keyboards), although the band subsequently went through a number of lineup changes. Vaughn released two studio albums and one live album on Z Records, and supported FireHouse and Asia on tour.
In July 2006 it was decided that due to the constantly rotating lineup, amongst other reasons, all future work would be released under the name of Danny Vaughn.
You caught me with your eyes
I can feel what's on your mind
Just like a gentle breeze
Touching only when you please
Shut down
She's a mad queen
Watch out
She's a love machine
I fall into a trance
Every time I watch you dance
Let's end what you've begun
