Masato Uchida

Masato Uchida (内田 勝人, Uchida Masato, September 21, 1940, Tokyo, Japan– December 30, 1997 in Tokyo, Japan) was a Japanese composer of contemporary classical music.

Biography

Masato Uchida studied at the Tokyo University of the Arts under Tomojirō Ikenouchi, Akio Yashiro and Akira Miyoshi and continued his studies from 1965 at the Conservatoire de Paris under André Jolivet, Henri Dutilleux and Simone Plé-Caussade. In 1968 Masato Uchida returned to the Tokyo University of the Arts and graduated in 1971. During his last study years he founded the composer group “whitecap” (jap. 白波) together with Shigeaki Saegusa, Shin-ichiro Ikebe and Norio Fukushi.

After his graduation Masato Uchida worked as a composer and teacher. He became professor at the Tokyo Junshin Women's College, later also at the Tokyo University of the Arts and the Kyoto City University of Arts. From the 1970s he was also a member of the Victor Music Classroom Project, a Japanese organization which was part of the Victor Company of Japan and specialized in teaching children to play piano on the JVC keyboards. Masato Uchida composed several compositions for piano student for this project. In 1990 he became the director of the then called Victor Technics Music School and worked as a consultant until his death.

Team Rocket

Team Rocket (ロケット団, Roketto-dan, Rocket Gang) is an organization bent on world domination. Headed by Giovanni, their plan to steal and exploit Pokémon for profit and power is a central plot device used throughout the series. According to the anime, the organization only has bases in the Kanto and Johto regions; however, that does not stop the show's antagonist trio of Jessie, James, and Meowth from following Ash Ketchum to other areas around the Pokémon world. Often, members of Team Rocket are broken up into pairs in order to perform specific heists—like Jessie and James. In the English translations, the pairs are often given names which nod to iconic figures of the American Old West: Jesse James, Butch Cassidy, and Annie Oakley, as well as Atilla the Hun.

Team Magma (マグマ団, Maguma-dan, Magma Gang) is one of the two villainous organizations in the Hoenn Region. They are a group of experts in the fields of geology and plate tectonics. Masato Kobayashi (Japanese: 魔裟斗 [Kobayashi Masato]; born March 10, 1979) is a Japanese former welterweight kickboxer. He was the world champion of ISKA at Welterweight under Oriental rules, and he was the winner of K-1 WORLD MAX World tournament in 2003 and 2008. In addition, he was also the runner-up of K-1 World MAX World tournament in 2004 and 2007. Prior to the K-1 Rising event in Madrid in May 2012, it was announced that Masato will be working as an executive producer for K-1.

Early life

Masato Kobayashi (小林 雅人) was born in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture Japan on March 10, 1979. When he was young, he moved to Niiza, Saitama because of his parents' job. He started going to Asagiri Municipal Asagiri 4th Junior High School(ja). After graduating junior high school, he started Saitama Sakae High School(ja), but he dropped out soon after with his friends. He described the reason for dropping out simply as "enthusiasm" when he appeared on popular Japanese television　show "Junk Sports"(ja). After dropping out, he worked many jobs but did not holding a steady position. Although he got a job as an assistant at a Yakitori bar, he quit the job on the first day, saying he was "going to leave for lunch".
