Mark Freiburger

Stephen Mark Freiburger (born July 16, 1983 in Roanoke, Virginia) is an American filmmaker. Freiburger grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, attending Providence High School and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. At 22, Freiburger produced and directed his first feature, Dog Days of Summer and at age 29, he directed the Greatest Super Bowl Commercial of All Time as named by CBS.

He resides in Los Angeles, California and is represented by United Talent Agency and The Gotham Group.

  • His second film as a Director was Jimmy, starring Kelly Carlson, Bob Gunton, Patrick Fabian, Sharon Lawrence, Ted Levine and Ian Colletti. Released in 2013.
  • Producer and Co-Writer of the courtroom thriller, The Trial, starring Matthew Modine, Bob Gunton and Robert Forster. Released by 20th Century Fox.
