Marcus Hill may refer to:

Team SoloMid

Team SoloMid (TSM or simply SoloMid) is an electronic sports organization based in the United States. It was founded in September 2009 by brothers and League of Legends players Andy "Reginald" Dinh and Daniel "Dan Dinh" Dinh who had previously started the SoloMid.net gaming community website. TSM currently fields players in League of Legends, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, Call of Duty, Super Smash Bros., and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. In 2015 the organization previously had a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive based in Denmark. TSM League of Legends is considered one of the top teams in North America, having won three splits of the North American League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) and appearing in the League of Legends World Championship every year since its inception in 2011.

History

Team Solomid was originally founded in September 2009 as a League of Legends community website and playing guide resource. In 2011 the organization began fielding at team in professional LoL competitions. In 2013 Reginald retired from playing, opting to run the business full-time.

Dyrus

Marcus Hill (born March 30, 1992), more commonly known by his gaming handle Dyrus, is an American retired professional player of the multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game League of Legends and streamer on Twitch where his live streams commonly attract a viewer count of over 30,000. At the time of his retirement, Dyrus was the top laner for Team SoloMid (TSM). With TSM, he won several League of Legends Championship Series North American titles and appeared in several League of Legends World Championships. He retired from competitive play after the 2015 League of Legends World Championships.

Career

Dyrus has been playing League of Legends since its beta phase. Dyrus' career started out as a support for one of the first competitive teams in the League of Legends professional scene, All or Nothing. Following the disbandment of All or Nothing, Dyrus joined Epik Gamer as their top laner. Dyrus gained exposure following his decision to start streaming on Twitch because of his unique play, interesting personality, and the success of Epik Gamer at LAN tournaments. Dyrus later moved in into the gaming house of New York-based Team SoloMid (TSM) to pursue a full-time gaming career while still playing for Epik Gamer.
