Maple Ridge is a historic district in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is bounded by the Inner Dispersal Loop (Hwy 51) on the north, Hazel Boulevard on the south, Peoria Avenue on the east and the Midland Valley Railroad right of way on the west. The northern portion of the district, between 15th Street and 21st Street, has been zoned with Historic Preservation Overlay Zoning by the City of Tulsa and is called North Maple Ridge.
Maple Ridge Historic District (MRHD) was the first Tulsa neighborhood to be listed in the Oklahoma Landmarks Inventory. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 6, 1983, under National Register Criteria A and C. Its NRIS number is 83002138. The period of significance is given as 1912-1932. The district contains about 700 single-family residences
The Maple Ridge Historic District is significant because the development of the Maple Ridge area paralleled the growth of the banking and petroleum industry in Tulsa in the early 20th century. The people who built their homes in Maple Ridge made their wealth in the Glenn Pool Oil Strike of 1905, and the Cushing strike of 1912.
Maple Ridge, or Maple Ridge/Oak Ridge, is a neighbourhood in southeast Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. A manufactured home community, it is located on the east side of 17 Street NW at 66 Avenue NW. It is surrounded by industrial lands.

Three out of four of the homes in Maple Ridge (75.2%) were moved into the community during the 1970s, with a small percentage (3.5%) predating 1970. Most of the remainder were moved into Maple Ridge during the first half of the 1980s.
All the homes in the neighbourhood are manufactured homes. Owner-occupancy is high, with roughly 96% of homes being owner occupied.
In the City of Edmonton's 2012 municipal census, Maple Ridge had a population of 1,711 living in 863 dwellings, a -4.1% change from its 2009 population of 1,784. With a land area of 0.69 km2 (0.27 sq mi), it had a population density of 2,479.7 people/km2 in 2012.
