Mampong
Mampong is a town in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, and serves as the administrative capital of Mampong Municipal District. Mampong has a population of 42,037 people. Mampong also the centre of the new Anglican Diocese of Asante Mampong, inaugurated in 2014.

Francis Addai Nimoh is the member of parliament for the constituency. He was elected on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) won a majority of 20,472 votes to become the MP. He succeeded Peter Abum Sarkodie who had represented the constituency in the 4th Republic parliament.
