Malena "Male" Pichot (born July 6, 1982) is an Argentine stand-up comedian, actress, screenwriter and internet celebrity. She is the cousin of Argentine rugby legend Agustín Pichot.
Pichot rose to fame in 2008, when she uploaded a video to YouTube after breaking up with her boyfriend, entitled La Loca de Mierda (roughly translated "The Fucking Crazy Woman").[2] After a series of humorous La Loca de Mierda Youtube videos were viewed by millions of people, MTV Latin America hired Pichot to broadcast her videos in its website.[1]
After having become an internet celebrity, Pichot presented her stand-up show Conchuda pero con gracia (roughly translated "Stubborn but graceful",[1] and has been performing with Ezequiel Campa in the stand-up comedy show Campa-Pichot since 2010.[3]
In 2011 Pichot joined the cast of El hombre de tu vida, an Argentine comedy series created by Juan José Campanella that aired in Telefe.[4]
In 2012 Pichot had her own sketch comedy segment in Canal 9's show Duro de domar, called Cualca!, available in Vimeo.[5][6]

Malèna is the soundtrack of the 2000 film Malèna starring Monica Bellucci, Giuseppe Sulfaro, Luciano Federico and Matilde Piana. The original score was composed by Ennio Morricone.
The album was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Score and the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score.
The title track "Malèna" has been recorded by both Yo-Yo Ma, and sung by Hayley Westenra with lyrics by Hayley Westenra.
