Raj caste

The Raj are a Hindu - Punjabi mainly community found in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Bihar etc in India.This title was also used in muslim community after getting attractive towards hindu like title.

History and origin

There are two communities having Raj caste: Rajputs and punjabi. Here the description is given for Raj (Punjabi), the traditional brave solders of North India. Raj caste is not only Punjabi. There are Raj people who are rajputs. Like other Punjabi artisan castes, the community has a mixed origin, with what was once a guild evolving into an caste. In western Uttar Pradesh, a fair number of the community is of rajputah origin. The community gets its name from the Hindi word rajah or headman. The Raj are found in greater numbers in the districts of Moradabad, Bijnor, Saharanpur and Muzaffarnagar.

Mafia!

Mafia!, also known as Jane Austen's Mafia!, is a 1998 comedy film directed by Jim Abrahams and starring Jay Mohr, Lloyd Bridges, Olympia Dukakis, and Christina Applegate.

The film spoofs Francis Ford Coppola's Godfather series and various other mafia films, notably Martin Scorsese's Casino. It also parodies films in other genres, ranging from Forrest Gump to Il Postino and The English Patient.

Plot

Like The Godfather Part II, the narrative of Mafia! consists of a series of flashbacks interwoven with the main plot. Tony is the son of a prominent Mafia don, Vincenzo Armani Windbreaker Cortino. As the film opens, Tony introduces the main thread when he exits a Vegas casino and walks to his car, accompanied by a voiceover explaining his philosophy of life. When he starts the car, it explodes.

The story then regresses more than half a century to describe the boyhood of Tony's father, Vincenzo, who was born in Italy, the clumsy son of a Sicilian postman. One day, while making a delivery for his father, Vincenzo trips and the parcel bursts open, revealing a strange white powder. The parcel's recipient, concluding that the delivery boy has seen too much, tracks Vincenzo to a street fair, where he kills his father. The boy escapes to America, where he grows to young manhood, marries, and struggles with poverty before finally finding his destiny as a mafia boss.

Mafia (B.U.G. Mafia album)

Mafia is the debut studio album by Romanian hip hop group B.U.G. Mafia, released September 20, 1995 on local Bucharest-based label Amma Sound. Production for the album was handled by group member and founder Tataee, with various composers and keyboardists giving co-production. Heavily influenced by N.W.A. and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, the album has been viewed as the pioneering record of gangsta rap in Romania. With its ever-present profanity and violent lyrics, it helped to give birth to this then-new genre of music in Romania. As hip hop music was quite new in Romania at the time, the album attracted many rock fans, who appreciated the group's aggressive approach towards music.

In spite of poor sound quality and practically no professional promotion, Mafia achieved moderate success and quite favorable reviews. The album is still known for being the third hip hop album to be released in Romania by a record label. It had 15 tracks and featured guest performances from M&G, Marijuana, Coco, Vlad "Ben" Blându and actress Rona Hartner.

Mafia (Fleshgod Apocalypse album)

Mafia is the first EP by Italian technical death metal band Fleshgod Apocalypse. The album was released on May 18, 2010, through Willowtip Records. It was recorded, mixed, mastered and produced by Stefano "Saul" Morabito.
