  • Luv (band)

LUV (Korean: 러브 Reobeu, Korean pronunciation: [ləːbɯ]) was a short-lived K-pop girls group founded by SidusHQ, consisting of Jo Eun-byul, Jeon Hye-bin, and Oh Yeon-seo. As stated by LUV in an interview, LUV stands for "Love yoUr Voice", stating that everyone should love themselves and their strengths and flaws in their hearts.

    Biography

    2002: Debut

They were first featured on JTL's "A Better Day" as the female singers on the song. Shortly thereafter, they debuted with "Orange Girl", which was very popular, as it was performed numerous times. They released their second single, "I Still Believe in You", with an accompanying music video soon thereafter. Their first album, Story, was released on May 15, 2002. Sometime in August, LUV promoted "Tears" from the same album and performed it at a military concert along with groups such as S.E.S. and Fin.K.L. They were credited as having massive potential, and were compared numerous times to S.E.S.

    2003: Disbandment

Although the band was popular and had a large fanbase, they did not last long, as each member had their own dream. The band quickly split after one year of mild success and pursued personal goals. Jeon Hye-bin released a solo album and pursued an acting career, and her past experiences in the group led to her success as a singer. Oh Yeon-seo pursued an acting career, and Jo Eun-byul has been working as a stage actress in musicals in the playhouse district of Daehangno since LUV disbanded, although she was featured in a performance of JTL's "A Better Day" in 2005. Eun-byul, now known as LeeBie (이비), has released a solo mini-album titled 오늘 하루만 (This Day) on October 26, 2009. On November 11, 2009, LUV reunited for an showcase, but a reunion is not completely clear. On March 30, 2010, their album, Story was released for purchase on iTunes after eight years.

  • S Group

The S Group (Finnish: S-ryhmä, Swedish: S-gruppen) is a Finnish retailing cooperative organisation with its head office in Helsinki. Founded in 1904, it consists of 22 regional cooperatives operating all around Finland in the markets for groceries, consumer durables, service station, hotel and restaurant services, agricultural supplies, and car sales. The full formal name of the nationwide cooperative organisation is Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK).

The group has businesses in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia.

The organisation's loyalty card is called S-Etukortti. It is engaged in close competition with Kesko, with which it shares an oligopolistic position in many of the markets it operates in.

    Ownership

A client can invest a small sum on the local co-operative and become a client-owner. (The exact sum is decided by the local co-operative board and varies significantly depending on local conditions.) A client-owner gets a membership card, S-Etukortti, which functions as a debit or credit card and gives access to special client-owner bargains. For the sums spent in S Group stores, Bonus is paid back to the client into the account at S-Bank. The Bonus percentage varies from 1% to 5% depending on the sum spent. S-Bank pays an interest that is competitive with interests paid by general banks into savings accounts. S-Etukortti is not a regular "loyalty card" as it represents actual monetary investment and the return is formally profit, not discount.

    Luv Letter

    by: Inspectah Deck

    [Intro: Inspectah Deck]
    Ay, what's up baby?
I need you to sit down for a minute, relax your feet
I'll keep an eye on the dinner
Something I've been wanting to say for a minute
    So just listen
    [Inspectah Deck:]
I'm just sitting here, pouring my heart, even though
Usually, about now, I be touring with the Gods
Play your status like I'm MJ, scoring with the broads
My love for you is deep, a little more than what's it's called
So how am I at fault, we both got issues
I miss you on the road, but at home I fight with you
At times I might be tight with you, take my life before I hit you
    Situation difficult to get through
You was just concerned with all the bitches in the face
I was just concerned with all the riches in my face
Grown man, so these bitches know they place
I know it's no love, cause yo, they fucking different niggas every day
Couldn't wait to hit the crib and see your face
If only for one night, the sunlight's gleamin' in our face
No love without pain, I still love you the same
But still share the same love for the game, and so
    [Chorus x2: Ms. Whitney]
Baby, I just got your love letter
I'm trying to do better, cause now I know better
I'm gonna hold you down, I'm gon' stay strong
You gave me your word, so I ain't gonna do you wrong
    [Inspectah Deck:]
There be days when you call him on stage, text messaging
All in a rage, you think I'm fooling around
But the truth is, I'm moving around, L.A.
Yesterday to the Bay, next stop Chi-Town
Rarely get a chance to lie down, snatching paper with the fly sound
All the hoes, you are not down
When the going got rough, you ain't jump up and leave
But if you did, wouldn't be so tough to believe
Cause I know I put you through it, woman like you
You just trooped it, girlfriends calling you foolish
Hang on in there girl, cause when I"m finished
We gonna live it to the limit, I'm a give you the world
Just saying that it's you on my mind, I wish I was there
But I gotta stay true to my grind
Coast to coast line, strolling the curve
Kiss the kids for me, baby, I be home on the third
    [Chorus x2]
    [Fes Taylor:]
You told me stay off the block
But still held me down when a nigga got locked, yeah
You brought me clean drawers and socks
On the dance floor tried to sneak in some top
It's like my pen be the heart, ink be the blood
I know your mama pissed that you fell for a thug
I can't wait to give you kisses and hugs just to be right near you
Wishing I was, missing your love
So close, but it's so much distance between us
So I call collect, long distance, hoping you pick up
Yeah, I know the Gods try to holla
But I'm that nigga, still touch the world getting dollars
Just ride with me, mama, release date soon
Said I'd probably touch the streets around the middle of June
Can't wait to get you undressed, P.S. sincerely yours
