Love and War is an original novel written by Paul Cornell and based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. It features the Seventh Doctor, Ace and introduces a new companion, Bernice Summerfield. A prelude to the novel, also penned by Cornell, appeared in Doctor Who Magazine #192.
An audio adaptation of the novel was released by Big Finish Productions in October 2012 to mark the twentieth anniversary of the character of Bernice Summerfield.
Ace returns to Perivale to attend the funeral of her childhood friend Julian. Despite the atmosphere of the funeral, she takes comfort that she still has the Doctor and returns to the TARDIS.
Tamar Estine Braxton-Herbert (/ˈteɪˌmɑːr/; born March 17, 1977), is an American singer and television personality. Braxton had her first big break in music in 1990 as a founding member of the American R&B singing group The Braxtons, formed with her sisters. The Braxtons released their debut album, So Many Ways, as a trio in 1996.
In 2000, Braxton began her solo career, after signing with DreamWorks Records. She released her debut self-titled album that same year. The album was not commercially successful, leading to Braxton being dropped from the label's roster.
In 2011, Braxton reunited with her sisters for the WE tv reality show Braxton Family Values. The first season was the #1 rated reality show on WE tv, and the network ordered a 13-episode second season of the show after the third episode.
Braxton returned to the music industry after a thirteen-year break, with her second album, Love and War (2013). The album was released through Epic Records and became a commercial success.

Desensitized is the second studio album by American heavy metal band Drowning Pool. It was their first album since the death of vocalist Dave Williams as well as the only album to feature replacement vocalist Jason 'Gong' Jones. The album debuted at No. 17 on the Billboard 200 chart.
The album cover features porn star Jesse Jane. The album shows less nu metal elements than the band's previous album Sinner.
Jason left the band soon after the album's release because of personal and musical differences. "Step Up" is the only song from the album that is still played during live performances.
Writing for the album began in 2003. Recording began towards the end of the year and was finished in March 2004.
All songs written and composed by S. Benton, J. Jones, M. Luce, and C. J. Pierce.
