Lionel Brockman Richie, Jr. (born June 20, 1949) is an American singer, songwriter, musician, record producer and actor. Beginning in 1968, he was a member of the musical group Commodores signed to Motown Records. Richie made his solo debut in 1982 with the album Lionel Richie and the number-one hit "Truly". He has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making him one of the world's best-selling artists of all time.
Lionel Brockman Richie, Jr. was born and raised in Tuskegee, Alabama, the son of Alberta R. (Foster) and Lionel Brockman Richie, Sr. He grew up on the campus of Tuskegee Institute.
Richie graduated from Joliet Township High School, East Campus. A star tennis player in Joliet, he accepted a tennis scholarship to attend Tuskegee Institute, and dropped out of Tuskegee Institute after his sophomore year. Richie seriously considered studying divinity to becoming a priest with the Episcopal Church, but ultimately decided he was not "priest material" and decided to continue his musical career. He is a member of Kappa Kappa Psi and an active life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
Lionel Richie is the debut solo album by R&B singer Lionel Richie. It was recorded and released while Richie was still a member of the Commodores. He would leave the group shortly after. It was released in 1982 on Motown Records. The first single, "Truly", topped the Billboard Hot 100. Follow-up single "You Are" reached number four, and "My Love" reached number five. The album was also a hit, reaching number one on the Cashbox albums chart on December 11, 1982.
In 2003, Lionel Richie was re-released as part of a remaster series that saw two additional tracks added to the overall package. A solo version of "Endless Love" and an instrumental version of "You Are" now round out the CD.
As well as featuring English musician Thomas Dolby on synthesizers, Joe Walsh provided the guitar solo for the song "Wandering Stranger". It was his first album appearance since playing all tracks on John Entwistle's fifth solo album, Too Late the Hero.
In a Season 3 episode of Friends, Chandler is seen holding a copy of this album and singing "Endless Love". The song was not a part of this release; however, the song now appears on the 2003 remastered edition as one of two bonus tracks (as a solo performance only). At the time, "Endless Love" was available only on the original soundtrack to the movie of the same name, Endless Love, starring Brooke Shields.

Play It Like That is the second and final album by Australian female pop group Bardot, released in November 2001 (see 2001 in music).
The album debuted at number 16 in Australia and spawned the singles "ASAP", "I Need Somebody" and "Love Will Find a Way".
Bardot's second studio album, and their first without Katie Underwood, marked a more mature and sophisticated development in the band's sound, shedding the bubblegum pop image of their debut. While it remains very much a collection of dance-pop songs, the production is more modern and lyrically, the album is a lot more grown up than its predecessor. The album incorporates several genres – disco ("I Need Somebody"), UK garage ("Play It Like That"), R&B ("You Got Me Feeling") and funk ("It's Alright").
The album was recorded in early and mid-2001 in England and Australia with international producers such as Swedish team Murlyn Music (Britney Spears, Dannii Minogue), Ray "Madman" Hedges (Cher, Boyzone, Bryan Adams) and Ollie J (of UK electro group, Arkarna). Bardot also worked with Human Nature singer-producer Phil Burton, while the Dowlut brothers and Michael Szumowski returned. For the first time, each member contributed to the songwriting process. Belinda Chapple penned "Don't Call Me, I'll Call You" with Australian producer Michael D'Arcy, and the pair joined Tiffani Wood to write "Girls of the Night". Sally Polihronas co-wrote "You Got Me Feeling" and with Sophie Monk, the pair wrote "Feel Right".
'Love Will Find A Way' is a single from the British rock band Delirious? and is taken from their 2008 album, Kingdom Of Comfort. The single was announced at the start of the band's Kingdom Of Comfort UK tour, which began in October 2008. It is currently being sold as three discs: two CDs containing different versions of the song, and a DVD which features the music video. It is also available from digital music retailer iTunes. It was released on 17 November 2008. It reached number fifty five in the UK charts in its first week.

Here I finally come to stand
My pen and paper in my hand
To write to you
To tell you what I feel inside
To say to you I can't survive
Without you
For all the things I've come to see
I now beleive there's only you
Only you for me
I'm standing here so lost in you
That's all my heart and soul can do
Is say what's true
I love you
I love you
The first time I looked in your eyes
It was so clear to my surprise
My heart stood still
I'v eheard it time and time again
That when you fall you can't pretend
True love is real
I know with you I do belong
You are my voice my simple song
You're all I need
The joy I feel when love is blind
You're everything I need to find
My search is through
Babe I love you
I love you
Babe I love you
I love you
Cause I know with you I do belong
You are my voice my simple song
You're all I need
And the joy I feel when love is blind
You're everything I need to find
My search is through
Babe I love you
