"4 Words (To Choke Upon)" is a song by Welsh heavy metal band Bullet for My Valentine, the song is released as the second single from their second EP Hand of Blood and later their debut album The Poison. The song is about what the band went through as "Jeff Killed John", how people's claims were that they would never receive a label. The song was the first song written under the band name change to "Bullet for My Valentine".
The "four words to choke upon" are "look at me now", which refers to how the band is mocking the people who said that they would never get anywhere with their band. An alternate demo version of this song was released on one of their demo tapes with altered singing and guitar work.
The song was not on the original self-titled EP released in the UK, but released as single instead, with the vinyl being strictly limited to only 1,000 copies. The track was later released on the American release of the EP titled Hand of Blood.
The B-side for the Compact Disc release of the single is the unedited version the EP track, "Curses". Additionally, the song is featured in the video games Madden NFL 06, and NHL 06.

The Niger uranium forgeries were forged documents initially revealed by SISMI (Italian military intelligence), which seem to depict an attempt made by Saddam Hussein in Iraq to purchase yellowcake uranium powder from Niger during the Iraq disarmament crisis.
On the basis of these documents and other indicators, the governments of the United States and the United Kingdom asserted that Iraq violated United Nations Iraq sanctions by attempting to procure nuclear material for the purpose of creating weapons of mass destruction.
The first report of these documents was in a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Senior Executive Intelligence brief dated October 18, 2001, entitled: "Iraq: Nuclear Related Procurement Efforts." This information was not considered to be certain and not much was done to promote this claim right away.
These documents were sent to the CIA office in Rome by SISMI.
On May 10, 2002, the CIA's Office of Near Eastern and South Asian Analysis (NESA) in the Directorate of Intelligence (DI) prepared a Principals Committee briefing book updating the status of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs. The document noted that a "foreign government service says Iraq was trying to acquire 500 tons of uranium from Niger."
"The End" is the series finale of the ABC television series Lost, consisting of the 17th and 18th episodes of season 6. It is also the 120th and 121st episodes overall. As the final episode, it was first aired in the eastern United States and eastern Canada, and then aired simultaneously in the western United States, western Canada, and eight other countries.
The finale was written by co-creator/executive producer Damon Lindelof and executive producer Carlton Cuse, and directed by executive producer Jack Bender. Unlike the previous season finales, which were two hours long with advertisements, the series finale was expanded by half an hour, running two and a half hours starting at 9 pm Eastern Daylight Time, with a retrospective of the past six seasons running for two hours, starting at 7 pm.
"The End" was watched by 13.5 million Americans and received a strongly polarized response from both fans and critics. Reviewers from the Chicago Tribune and IGN called it the best episode of the season and praised its emotion and character. Negative reviews from the Los Angeles Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer criticized the finale for answering so few of the series' questions. Web site Metacritic gave "The End" a score of 74 out of 100, suggesting "mostly positive reviews", while The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph reported mostly negative reviews.

[Intro – Nu Jerzey Devil]
Uh, Jerz
Let’s go, yeah, it’s your boy Nu Jerzey Devil
Uh huh,
Now you can’t trust everybody man,
This situation right here got me lost for words, fo’ sho
[Verse 1 – Nu Jerzey Devil]
I met this girl, she was fine, model chick status,
Hands down, pound for pound, shorty is the baddest…
Girl I’ve ever seen, pinch me fast, is this a dream?
Am I trippin’, could be possibly the ????
Let me introduce myself, ma-ma-my name is Jerz,
Pardon the stutter but your beauty got me lost for words,
I also noticed that your left hand ain’t got a ring,
Well since you’re single let me take you out for a drink,
She said: “I like your swag, why not? Just tell me when”,
Well how ‘bout now, I got some time girl let’s get it in,
We have a drink, sharing words talking ‘bout life,
What I do for a living and if I got a wife,
I said I’m single but I wanna know about you,
Tell me what you like to eat, what it is you do,
She said in due time I’ll tell you what you need to know,
But as for now enjoy this time and sip the drinks slow.
[Chorus x2 – Ne-Yo]
Now I really wish you could,
Talk to me now,
Make me not know,
What I know now,
I wish you could,
Change it somehow
I wanna believe it, baby take it away
[Verse 2 – Nu Jerzey Devil]
A couple of weeks pass, everything feelin’ good,
We spend our time together but I’m in and out the hood,
She askin’ what I do, I said what about you,
You never talk about your job and you don’t go to school,
She said: “You’re so cute, I love it how I’m on your mind”,
I’ll tell you when the time is right but only one time,
I’m like whatever, can’t complain cause the sex, right?
I love it how you rock them hips upon me all night,
She got me slippin’ on my hustle, gotta hit the block,
But everytime I hit the streets I feel I’m being watched,
But I don’t pay it no mind, cause I got my baby,
Finally told her what I did, she said I’m crazy,
She said: “I got your back baby I’m your ride-or-die,
I’ll hold you down ‘till my last breath, I never lie”,
That’s what I need girl, promise me you’ll keep it real,
She said: “I got you daddy, that’s exactly how I feel”.
[Chorus x2 – Ne-Yo]
Now I really wish you could,
Talk to me now,
Make me not know,
What I know now,
I wish you could,
Change it somehow
I wanna believe it, baby take it away
[Verse 3 – Nu Jerzey Devil]
I’m all in with this girl, ain’t no turnin’ back,
She my shorty for life, I think I found a match,
I tell her: “Baby I’ll be back, I gotta make a move”,
She said: “Before you go I gotta tell you something boo”,
I’m like what is it, make it fast, I got money waitin’,
Hurry up and tell me girl, why you hesitatin’,
She like: “Remember when you asked me what it is I do?
Well, I’m the Police and I gotta cuff you”,
I’m like: “Quit playin’ girl, give me back my duffel bag”,
She went deep down up in her pocket and whipped out a badge,
So all this time you was playin’ me from the start,
You was my ride-or-die, now you wanna break my heart,
You should’ve kept it realy, now you wanna flash a shield
She like: “I’m sorry baby, but for you I really feel,
But I got a job daddy please don’t get violent,
You know you have the right just to remain silent”.
[Chorus x2 – Ne-Yo]
Now I really wish you could,
Talk to me now,
Make me not know,
What I know now,
I wish you could,
Change it somehow
