"Loneliness" is a song by the German DJ Tomcraft. It was written by Ivan Matias and Andrea Martin, Thomas Bruckner and Eniac and produced by Eniac and Tomcraft. It was released as a single in 2002 worldwide and on 28 April 2003 in the United Kingdom. The single peaked at number ten on the German Singles Chart. It topped the charts in the United Kingdom.

The song is based on an excerpt of Martin's 1999 single "Share the Love".

Will Young sampled the song for his 2015 single "Love Revolution".

Loneliness (short story)

"Loneliness" is a short-story by Charles Bukowski collected in his 1973 collection South of No North, originally published by John Martin's Black Sparrow Press. It's the first short-story of the book.

Plot

Speaks, as the name suggests, about the loneliness of a man finding love in the squalor of a hostile world. A woman appears and feels vexed by selfishness aimless man, almost reified man in the universe, almost helpless, and is that almost gives it that authentic, unique character.

A dynasty (UK /ˈdɪnəsti/, US /ˈdaɪnəsti/) is a sequence of rulers from the same family, usually in the context of a feudal or monarchical system but sometimes also appearing in elective republics. The dynastic family or lineage may be known as a "house"; this may be styled "royal", "princely", "comital", etc. depending upon the chief or present title borne by its members. Historians consider many sovereign states' histories, such as Ancient Egypt, the Carolingian Empire and Imperial China, within a framework of successive dynasties. The Chinese Elm cultivar Ulmus parvifolia 'Dynasty' is a United States National Arboretum introduction reputed to be very fast-growing.

Description

A medium tree rarely exceeding 13 m in height, with a spread of similar dimension producing a very rounded shape. Opinions of the tree's aesthetic merit vary; Dirr considered that the tree "borders on a boondoggle" whereas Warren and Jacobson thought the shape 'good', and the foliage a decent autumn colour (the leaves turn orange-yellow).

Pests and diseases

The species and its cultivars are highly resistant, but not immune, to Dutch elm disease, and unaffected by the Elm Leaf Beetle Xanthogaleruca luteola . Moreover, the tree's foliage was adjudged "resistant" to Black Spot by the Plant Diagnostic Clinic of the University of Missouri .

The tree is largely limited to North America, although it has been introduced to Italy.

Dynasty is the sixth solo album by house DJ Kaskade. It was released on iTunes on April 27, 2010, and physically on May 11, 2010. It debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart, number 4 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart, and number 104 on the Billboard 200. The songs "Dynasty," "Fire in Your New Shoes" and "Call Out" were released as promo singles on iTunes in April, 2010, preceding the album's release.
