Lone Target

Lone Target, released internationally as Manhunt, is an American television series produced by Discovery Studios. The show follows ex-Navy SEAL Joel Lambert as he attempts to evade mock manhunts organized by various law enforcement and military units around the world.

Production

Each episode pits Lambert against a different law enforcement or military unit (dubbed the "Hunter Force Unit"), in the location where it usually operates; both sides are aware of each other as this is treated as a training exercise. He is dropped off some distance from the designated extraction point with a basic survival kit, together with a cameraman and a warn dog. Once the Hunter Unit discovers an infiltration within their borders; the exercise begins and Joel must then covertly make his way to the extraction point within a limited amount of time, while avoiding his pursuers, who are tasked with finding and capturing him; simultaneously dealing with mother nature, as well as other unexpected events . A separate camera crew follows the pursuing unit.

Lone

Lone (Kashmiri: लोन (Devanagari), لون (Nastaleeq)) is a Kashmiri tribe in the Kashmir Valley of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The caste belongs to the Kshatria order.

The Lone tribe is based mainly in northern Kashmir, although in the past few centuries there has been gradual diffusion of the tribe throughout the valley of Kashmir. However, now the tribe also is concentrated in the Kupwara district of the Kashmir valley.

In 1911 census, the total LONE population in the state of Jammu & Kashmir was, 51931. 8126 in Jammu division, 354 in Gilgit & Biltistan and the rest in Kashmir division .

Although the vast majority of the Lone tribe speak Kashmiri as their mother tongue, significant numbers speak Shina, especially those who live in the Gurez valley.

A significant number of Kashmiris of Lone tribe live in central and northern Punjab regions of Pakistan in cities such as Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Jhelum and Rawalpindi, in Punjab there has been a gradual tendency among kashmiri Muslim immigrants to use Butt as their surname which include people from Kashmiri Lone tribe too.

Lone (musician)

Matt Cutler, better known as Lone, is a British electronic musician from Nottingham, England.

Biography

Cutler adopted the Lone alias after the dissolution of his previous band, the electronic duo Kids in Tracksuits, in which Cutler performed with Andy Hemsley. His debut release as Lone came in 2007 with Everything is Changing Colour CD-R, followed by another full-length album Lemurian in 2008 on the Dealmaker label. Ecstasy & Friends appeared on the Werk Discs label in 2009. While these releases combined abstract hip-hop beats with electronic textures, Cutler moved towards a more dance-orientated sound with Emerald Fantasy Tracks (2010) and Galaxy Garden (2012). He also has released five EPs titled Cluster Dreams, Joyreel/Sunset Teens, Pineapple Crush/Angel Brain, Once In a While/Raptured and Echolocations EP, released between 2009 and 2011.

Lone has been quoted as saying that the greatest influences on his music are artists such as Boards of Canada and Madlib. He also says that fellow British musician Keaver and Brause and Bibio have had an effect on the way he makes his music.

Target (rapper)

Nenad Šimun, also known by his stage names Target or Mladi Gospar, is a Croatian rapper.

He began his career in 1994. He was first in a group called "Young Lordz" but they disbanded in 1996 and soon he and General Woo formed a duo called Tram 11. As part of Tram 11 he became one of the best Croatian rappers up until 2003 when he went solo. He is best known for his songs "Mokri snovi", "Ritam Grada", "Furam obleku" and "Stavi ovo na roštilj". He is the head of his own label WorkshopClass.

Target is a 1985 film directed by Arthur Penn. It stars Matt Dillon and Gene Hackman.

Plot

In Dallas, Walter Lloyd (Hackman) runs a lumber business. After checking out at the office, Walter stops by the local racetrack, where his college-age son Chris (Dillon) works repairing stock cars. He reminds Chris of his mother's departure for Europe that afternoon, and Chris meets him back at the house to send her off.

Though their relationship is slightly strained, the family is tightly woven and carry on amicably, although an underlying tension between father and son is hinted at. Before she leaves, Chris' mother asks Walter to "break through to the kid." Walter attempts to bond with Chris over the next few days, Chris staying at the house and going on a fishing trip with Walter.

That night, the two are awoken by a late-night phone call from Paris informing Walter that his wife has split from her tour group. Although he downplays it, Walter's fear for his wife's well-being is apparent and Chris picks up on it. Prying further, Chris gets Walter to admit that she has, in fact, been missing two days. With that, Chris and Walter decide to go to Paris to find her.
