In Greek mythology, the Limnads /ˈlɪmnədz/ or /ˈlɪmˌnædz/ (Λιμνάδες) or Leimenids /ˈlaɪmᵻnᵻdz/ (Λειμενίδες) were a type of Naiad. They lived in freshwater lakes. Their parents were river or lake gods.
