You pay the price to make you feel good
It flows through veins & feeds the soul
The victim of pleasure
You pay & try it all
They never said it would bring madness
They never said it would bring pain
The visions came in all their evil
They scar your mind & scar your skin
Five days & it's still there
You pay & you never win
They never said it would bring madness
They never said it would bring pain
So close to death you almost taste it
You rip your body from the flesh
She knows that you're screaming
You pay & you hold your breath
They never said it would bring madness
