Lakeshore Mall may refer to:
Lakeshore Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Gainesville, Georgia. It was built in 1970 and features four anchor stores. The mall is managed by Urban Retail Properties, LLC.
The center opened as Lakeshore Plaza in 1970, featuring Roses Stores and J. C. Penney. Belk-Gallant joined in 1973 as a third anchor. An expansion in 1987 aded a new wing on the opposite side of J.C. Penney, which included a Sears, a food court, and a movie theater. Also, the Roses store became a second Belk. In 1998, the mall was sold to Colonial Properties, and again in 2010 to Garrison Investment Group.
In October 2013 Dick's Sporting Goods opened between Sears and JCPenney, in the space previously occupied by small shop stores. When construction for Dick's Sporting Goods began in late 2012 most of the retailers that occupied Dick's footprint were relocated to the other side of JCPenney. These stores included LensCrafters, Kay Jewelers, Great American Cookies and Body Central among others.
Lakeshore Mall is a regional, enclosed shopping mall located in Sebring, Florida, United States. It opened in 1992. Lakeshore Mall comprises 495,972 square feet (46,077 m2) of retail space, including five anchor stores: Belk, J.C. Penney, Kmart, Bealls and Sears (which was added in 1999). The mall also features more than sixty-five stores, as well as a food court and movie theater. In late 2007, the mall took the unusual step of requiring all high-school aged and younger youths to leave the property by 9pm.
The drawing power of the Mall has attracted the attention of other retail builders. Plaza By The Mall has been built on an adjoining property attempting to cash in on some of the recognition.
In May 2013, CBL & Associates Properties sold the mall to BVB Properties.
