Tropisetron

Tropisetron (INN) is a serotonin 5-HT₃ receptor antagonist used mainly as an antiemetic to treat nausea and vomiting following chemotherapy, although it has been used experimentally as an analgesic in cases of fibromyalgia. The drug is available in a 5 mg oral preparation or in 2 mg intravenous form. It is marketed by Novartis in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and the Philippines as Navoban, but is not available in the U.S. It is also available from Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories and marketed in several Asian countries as Setrovel.

Pharmacology

Tropisetron acts as both a selective 5-HT₃ receptor antagonist and α₇-nicotinic receptor agonist.

Adverse effects

Tropisetron is a well-tolerated drug with few side effects. Headache, constipation, and dizziness are the most commonly reported side effects associated with its use. Hypotension, transient liver enzyme elevation, immune hypersensitivity syndromes and extrapyramidal side effects have also been associated with its use on at least one occasion.There have been no significant drug interactions reported with this drug's use. It is broken down by the hepatic cytochrome P450 system and it has little effect on the metabolism of other drugs broken down by this system.

ICS 219

A ICS Form 219, Resource Status Card or T-Card, is a simple tool to record and track the location and status of individuals, teams, vehicles, and other equipment. It is part of the standardised Incident Command System now widely used by police, fire departments, and emergency management agencies to manage their responses to incidents.

The cards are so-named because they are made of card stock and have a T-like shape. These cards are displayed in resource status or “T-Card racks” (typically a sheet of plastic or metal with slots cut to accept the body of the card) where they can be easily viewed, retrieved, updated, and statused during the course of the incident.

Kraft Foods Group, Inc., was an American manufacturing and processing conglomerate headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Northfield, Illinois.

The company was restructured in 2012 as a spin off from Kraft Foods Inc., which in turn was renamed Mondelēz International. The new Kraft Foods Group was focused mainly on grocery products for the North American market, while Mondelēz is focused on international confectionery and snack brands. Until the merger with Heinz, Kraft Foods Group was an independent public company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

On July 2, 2015, Kraft completed its merger with Heinz, arranged by Heinz owners Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital, creating the fifth largest food and beverage company in the world, Kraft Heinz Company.

Spinoff of Kraft Foods Group from Mondelēz International, Inc

In August 2011, Kraft Foods Inc. announced plans to split into two publicly traded companies—a snack food company and a grocery company.

On April 2, 2012, Kraft Foods Inc. announced that it had filed a Form 10 Registration Statement to the SEC to split the company into two companies to serve the "North American grocery business."

Craft (band)

Craft is a Swedish black metal band, originally formed under the name "Nocta" in 1994. As Nocta they recorded an unreleased demo in 1997 and subsequently changed their name to "Craft". While musically inspired by early black metal acts such as Burzum and Darkthrone, as well as Heavy Metal bands such as Black Sabbath and Celtic Frost, their lyrics focus on misanthropy, destruction, hate, Anti-Cosmic Satanism and death resembling the older lyrics of melodic black/death metal band Dissection. After drummer Daniel Halén was fired from the band in 2005, the remaining members briefly considered putting the band on indefinite hold, but decided to continue and address his replacement in the future. In 2008 Dirge Rep (Gehenna, ex-Gorgoroth, ex-Enslaved) joined the band on session basis to work on the drums for the coming album which is due for release August 2011.
