Kiss 105 was a dance music radio station based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. It was part of a new breed of regional radio stations as opposed to independent local radio.
The station was launched at 01:05pm, 14 February 1997 (1997-02-14T01:05pm), which was also Valentine's Day, after its parent company, Faze FM won the Yorkshire and Humberside Regional Radio licence. Faze already operated Kiss 102 in Manchester. EMAP who owned London's Kiss 100 gave Faze permission to license the name.
Later in 1997, both stations were sold to Chrysalis Radio who then rebranded the stations as Galaxy 105 as the brand licence required them to relinquish the name.
A total of four transmitters were used to cover the whole of Yorkshire. North Humberside is served by 105.8, Sheffield by 105.6, Bradford by 105.6 and a general Yorkshire transmitter on 105.1 FM. The studios were based at Joseph's Well, Hanover Walk, Park Lane in Leeds, West Yorkshire and are still used for Capital Yorkshire. Some of the programmes were shared with the Manchester station.
"Kiss" is a power ballad written and recorded by American nu metal band Korn, and produced by The Matrix and Atticus Ross for their untitled eighth studio album. It was released as the album's third and final single on April 7, 2008.
"Kiss" features Terry Bozzio on drums, who had provided for eight of the album's songs. Jonathan Davis also provided additional percussion for the song, along with "Hushabye". The song makes use of keyboards by Zac Baird, heavy drum patterns and violins. Allmusic described "Kiss" as "like [a] vaguely Beatlesque Mellotron," implying its difference from the rest of the album.
The song failed to chart worldwide due to its limited release in the United States.

Kiss is a very common Hungarian family name, contrary to popular belief it does not mean small. In Hungarian small means: "kis". It may refer to:
And I smiled from the scars
The tramps in the park
Are going to shoot me
But I’m ready
Kneel to bleed
Fast to your knees
In a movie
Dark loved me
Open with death
A life that is well
And you’re floating
Are you drowning?
Kneel to bleed
Fast to your knees
In a movie
Dark loved me
Oh, now you know it’s not worth your time
Buy your college film
It’s worth a shot
You panned it up
And left and right
It was good enough for me
Now you know it’s not worth your time
Buy your college film
It’s worth a shot
You panned it up
And left and right
It was good enough for me
She walks in disguise
The tramps in the park
Oh, they shoot me
But I’m ready
Oh, you kneel to bleed
So fast to your knees
In a movie
