Kidz may refer to:
"Kidz" is a song by British pop group Take That from their sixth studio album, Progress. It was released as the second single from the album on 20 February 2011. The song features Mark Owen and Gary Barlow performing lead vocals.
The song was first announced as the album's second single when the group announced they were to perform the song live on The X Factor final on 12 December 2010, however they instead performed "The Flood" after Simon Cowell felt the song would reflect the recent riots and protests over the rising student tuition fees, due to their backing dancers being dressed as riot police and the lyrics within the song. "Kidz" was officially announced as the second single from Progress on 12 January 2011. The single artwork was posted onto Take That's official website on 7 February 2011. The single was initially going to be released on 28 February 2011, but the date was moved forward to 21 February 2011. The single's B-side, 'Rocket Ship', features Gary Barlow on lead vocals. The digital download single was packaged with a remix entitled 'Revenge of the Kidz', which was mixed by Howard Donald.
KIDZ-LD is a low-power television station in Abilene, Texas, broadcasting locally in digital on UHF channel 42 as an affiliate of MyNetworkTV. Founded October 30, 1991, the station is owned by Tegna, Inc. and is part of a duopoly in Abilene with Fox affiliate KXVA. KIDZ-LD is carried on local cable TV television systems and can be seen over-the-air in neighboring cities through a network of low-power stations, and in a full power form over KXVA's 15.2 digital subchannel. (See Translators section.)
On October 30, 1991, the FCC granted an original construction permit to former owner Sage Broadcasting Corporation to build low-power television station K54DT, to serve Abilene, Texas on UHF channel 54. The station was quickly built and came on air in May or June 1992 as Abilene's first full-time Fox affiliate. When UPN launched in 1995, K54DT began carrying select programs from that network also, including Star Trek: Voyager. In June 1996, after the FCC began to allow low-power stations to use four-letter callsigns, the station took call letters KIDZ-LP. KIDZ-LP served as primary Fox and secondary UPN affiliates until January 2001, when former owner Sage Broadcasting launched KXVA as a full-service Fox affiliate. KIDZ-LP then became a primary UPN affiliate, with PAX as a secondary affiliation. The station received permission to move to UHF channel 42 in December 2001, and as part of the move, upgraded their license to Class A on February 27, 2002. They completed the move to the new channel in late 2004, and licensed the new facilities on December 22, 2004.
A caveman is a stock character based upon widespread anachronistic concepts of the way in which neanderthals, early modern humans, or archaic hominins may have looked and behaved. The term originates out of assumptions about the association between early humans and caves, most clearly demonstrated in cave painting. The term is not used in academic research.
Cavemen are portrayed as wearing shaggy animal hides, and capable of cave painting like behaviourally modern humans of the ice-age. They are simultaneously shown armed with rocks or cattle bone clubs, unintelligent, and aggressive, traits more like those of ice-age Neanderthals or much older, pre-ice-age archaic hominins. The image of them living in caves arises from the fact that caves are where the preponderance of artifacts have been found from European ice-age cultures such as Les Eyzies, although this most likely reflects the degree of preservation that caves provide over the millennia rather than an indication of their typical form of shelter. Until the ice age most early modern humans and hominins did not live in caves, being nomadic hunter-gatherer tribes, and behaviourally modern humans living in a variety of temporary structures such as tents (see Jerry D. Moore, "The Prehistory of Home", University of California Press, 2012) and wooden huts (e.g. at Ohalo). Their societies were similar to those of many modern day indigenous peoples. A few genuine pre-ice-age cave dwellings did however exist such as Mt. Carmel in Israel. Some cavemen continue to exist on far off island caves as tribute to their ancestors.

Cavemen is a Russian segment of Sesame Street produced by Francesco Misseri, which was released 1971-1978. It also debuted in Season 31. There will be a 2016 DVD release.
"Brown the German Caveman": A kind and caring caveman who is obsessed with problems. He is somewhat of a tomboy, although his muse, Red, always causes him trouble. He has brown hair and eyebrows and two teeth on the top of his mouth, which causes him to grin. Voiced by the Norwegian actor Johnny Martin.
"Red the Russian Caveman": A cute and pretty caveman who is very shy. He is also Brown's sweetheart. Although he is considered to his patience, he sometimes likes to blush. He has red hair and eyebrows, a rosy complexion, round cheeks and sometimes wears a white and black pygmy necklace around his neck. He also doesn't have any teeth. Voiced by the German actress Natalie Mills.
