Kout na Šumavě

Kout na Šumavě is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 11.09 square kilometres (4.28 sq mi), and has a population of 1,143 (as at 2 October 2006).

Kout na Šumavě lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Domažlice, 48 km (30 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 128 km (80 mi) south-west of Prague.

Villages Nový Dvůr, Starý Dvůr and Kout na Šumavě are parts of Kout na Šumavě municipality.
