KTIQ
KTIQ (1660 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish Religious format. Licensed to Merced, California, USA, the station serves the Merced area. The station is currently owned by Mapleton License of Merced, LLC.
History
The station was assigned the KAXW call letters on 1998-01-09. On 2002-02-12, the station changed its call sign to the current KTIQ.
According to the latest Arbitron ratings as published in Radio and Records (see below), this was a sports radio station called "The Ticket" (indicated by the letters "TIQ"), until some time late in 2007 or early 2008, when the station changed format and language of broadcasts.
