KXFN (1380 AM) is a radio station, operating from St. Louis, Missouri. It was a simulcast of programming from internet radio station TalkSTL.com, as well as Yahoo! and NBC Sports Radio programming.
KXFN began broadcasting in 1927 as KWK. KWK was the Mutual Broadcasting System affiliate in St. Louis for most of its existence until August 1969, when the station switched from standards to an R&B format.
KWK's claim to national fame was a film clip where a disc jockey at the station is seen smashing one of Elvis Presley's records and declaring "rock and roll has got to go!"--a clear sign that KWK had veered away from the rock format. This clip can be seen in the 1981 film "This Is Elvis".
In 1973, the station went off the air until late-1978, when it returned as a Top 40 station, and in March 1979, it began simulcasting with WWWK-FM (106.5). The two stations kept simulcasting until KWK became KGLD (an oldies station) in June 1984. On January 1, 1992, KGLD changed to all-sports KASP. The station went back to simulcasting with 106.5 FM (which had since become WKBQ-FM) in 1993. After eleven years of using various formats, including Gospel music, KSLG switched back to sports in 2004.
KGLD (1330 AM, The Light) is a radio station broadcasting a Gospel music format. Licensed to Tyler, Texas, USA, the station serves the Tyler-Longview area. The station is currently owned by Salt of the Earth Broadcasting.
The station was assign the call letters KDOK 2-16-1956. KDOK was the biggest top-40 station in Tyler. Then in 1956 became KZAK, a country station featuring legends like Hoss Huggins. On May 18, 1990, 1330 once again became KDOK, then was dropped again on August 24, 1993 to the current KGLD. KGLD stood for K-GOLD for golden oldies.
Satu yang kudamba
Harapan jiwaku
Hadirnya dirimu
Datangnya bayangmu
Menyentuh jiwa ini
Menghanyutkan semua angan
Apa yang ku cari
Hanyalah asaku
Kepada dirimu
Seluruh hidupku
Berikan kepadaku
Setitik rasa itu
Aku mencoba
Ungkap rasa ini
Karna ku tak sanggup
Tak mampu tuk berbicara
Begitu berat untuk ku katakan
Tak sanggup ku menatapmu
Terlalu indah bagiku
Adakah berarti
Diriku bagimu
Akankah hatimu terbuka untukku
Di mana celah itu
Kan ku beri sinarku
Takkan hatiku berharap
Bila suatu saat nanti
Semua kan terjadi
